Love the stay only reason for just 4 stars the pool was down for fixing and the tvs are really out dated no streaming options

Where to begin.. when we first got to our room we requested a infant crib however, I was told it couldn't be brought to the room and I had to go wheel it up to our room. Also we needed extra blankets and sheets and was told our room had extras.. wrong. I then had to go retrieve these from the front desk because the woman wouldn't have them delivered to our room. Also wasnt told the pool was "under maintenance" so sorry kiddos.. room was beat up, batteries dead. All around for $300 not worth it.

Our room so neat, clean, and welcoming. As a mom of two autistic little girls, having a clean and peaceful space makes such a difference for our family. Traveling can come with a lot of extra challenges, so knowing we could come back to a comfortable, tidy room gave me a real sense of peace of mind. The pool was under construction while we were visiting so that was a bummer but anybody coming to visit is in for a treat.
