clean, quiet hotel, however the bed was beyond uncomfortable... felt like a board. The room was clean and quiet. I woke up with a backache. I honestly would not stay again, regardless of online deal.

very few options for breakfast, our beds were ok but will need to be replaced soon.

Overall a great experience! The staff were kind. Did have a few blood spots on the sheets and a chair.

Other than the staff member who checked us in the first evening, it was a great stay. I have stayed here many times and have never been greeted like I was bothering the receptionist to come out of the back to greet us with a “ what do you want?”. Then she only programmed our keys for the first night, which required us to walk around front the second night to get them reprogrammed. Hopefully the staffing problem will be resolved before my next stay, as it’s my favorite place to stay when I need a room in the area

The property was clean, the room was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast had lots of variety, pool and fitness center were also good.

Wouldn’t recommend for long stays

It’s a nice hotel for the price. I was put on the pet floor (I didn’t have a pet) and there were quite a few. Tub held water.

The breakfast was okay. Not much fruit choices and the breakfast sausage and eggs was not great. The best thing were the waffles.

We arrived a little early & staff was able to get us a room. We were thankful for that.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The pillows are horrible—extremely small, flat, and uncomfortable. Noise was another issue. The guests nearby were very loud and repeatedly allowed their doors to slam, showing little respect for the people staying around them. The ice machines also do not work. When I mentioned it to the man working this morning, he looked at me as though I was lying instead of simply addressing the issue or offering a solution. The friendly service at check-in was appreciated 7/26/26 @ 628 pm, but the room’s smell, humidity, terrible pillows, noise, broken ice machines, and the dismissive attitude from the morning staff made the stay much less enjoyable 7/27/26 @ 6 am
