Nice place for the price

Room bathroom smelled like sewer gas. Closed bathroom door in order to sleep. Woke up with headache and nausea. Checked out early to get out of room and told clerk. She offered a Tylenol. Will never stay there again.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

The staff did open my door 2 times. I was just sitting in my room minding my own business and here some one opens my door. And then the next day and thing. Why???

I have been there before but this time it was horrible

A few issues we had were some of the guest that did have pets didn't pick up after walking them. You can see it right in front of the office entrance. The hallways were a bit hot and the elevators smelled like pet cleaner. But still would get a room again next time.

Property and Rooms were clean and tidy. The front desk staff was friendly upon arrival and check in was fairly quick. Upon check-in they have a $150 chg for incidentals, which took 3 days after we left to be removed from our credit card chgs, which I felt was a little long? Beds were very comfortable and slept very well. Was disappointed to only find 1 coffee pouch of regular coffee and 1 of decaf. I do not drink decaf and thought it was a bit stingy to only have 1 of each in room, with 2 adults staying. Also, just be prepared, the last couple of times we have stayed, there are small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and bar soaps, but no lotion, which used to be furnished. I was glad I brought my own with me. Breakfast was good! Several options, including the addition of hot scrambled eggs and sausage, which I do not recall being included at this property before (we have stayed here approx. 10 times in past). Made for extra choices for the type of foods for our current dietary plan. Was still juices, milk, coffee, whole fruits, cereal, yogurt, breads and waffles ! We did not use the pool or jacuzzi this time, but they are always nicely maintained. Overall, was a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay, and great rate for this time of year!

Every floor smelled moldy the rooms where humid if your turn off the a/c it was unbearable, the pool look murky,the elevator smelled like wet dog worst hotel experience my family has eve had.

The room was great, it was clean. The internet and Dish network for tv were pretty well non existence. Breakfast was ok, Staff were very friendly.

Clean room, great breakfast, extra large rooms

The whole experience was pleasant, with no problems whatsoever. Staff was friendly and super accommodating, getting me checked into my room earlier than planned. The room was spacious and beautiful, very luxurious. A wonderful window view. Comfortable bed and pillows, blankets,so nice. For the price, it was absolutely amazing, and I would always come back again.
