La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mesa Superstition Springs

This might be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room we were first assigned smelled like sewage. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and looked as if they were never cleaned. The breakfast was just nasty and very little offered. The only thing that I can say was the staff was nice. There is no housekeeping during your stay, and you have to request new towels even if staying for 4 nights. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Room was very clean

Solo traveler. Pool was nice and convenient, breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly.

Did not have our room upon arrival said they were overbooked. Nothing could be done except to pay for a room that they reserve for walk in customers. Craziest thing I have ever heard of girl said she was new and there was no one else on property tried calling a manager but no response.

We overlooked the beds and ended up sleeping on double beds instead of queen sized. So it wasn’t the best experience.

Great coean room good staff

We booked a room with 2 doubles beds (for two adults)and when we checked in the gave us a King size bed. I specifically showed the clerk my confirmation and she stated that since we checked in late, they gave a way the room with 2 beds. I told her that this was unacceptable as I made a reservation. Her response was that I could go to another hotel. Since it was late and was too tired, we just went to bed, 2 grown men sharing a bed. Spoke to Manager in the morning and hear apologetic and stated that he would to send Wyndam reward points for the trouble. Have not seen anything.

Only one person to help at front desk n waited a awhile. No hot tub cuz it was jus warm. No tissue in room. Lights didn't work in room.

the AC in the room wasnt working properly reported it to the hotel staff they only have one employee on duty at night they wrote it down but they never came to the room to look at it . also the morning Breakfeast they started to tear eveything down around 9:50Am breakfeast went till 10 AM even with guest still eating they ran out of food and was told its almost over and wasnt making anymore. i would still stay there again

The size of the room was pretty good. The AC was awesome, very cold. The bed was ok but was not as comfortable as expected. I had reserved a king size bed, but was given a queen size. The breakfast was the same menu for all 3 days we stayed. At check in, there was only 1 staff on duty while there was a line of 9 people waiting. The check in took around 25 minutes. It was timely but apparently got checked in.

It was an average property, for an average fee.

Not really anything . Rude staff lots of noise and got double charged for a security deposit that I was told " My bad " by the worker so my security deposit that wasn't even listed they ended up taking 300 not just $150

There was a shirt hanging in the closet. Long on the floor. Dogs barking in a couple of rooms. Bathroom floor was gritty. Bath tub drain clogged and we could not bathe.
