Arizona Golf Resort & Conference Center

I was able to park in front of my room and it had a mini fridge....that's about as good as it got We didn't like the old nasty carpet, the old dirty bathtub, the rough stiff bath towelsthe two hard pillows, the old (at least 15-years) furniture, and being charged a $12 "resort fee" for a pool/spa that was closed and wi-fi that was not operable

The 2 room king suites are spacious that has am equipped kitchenette (dishes, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc), living room space and room each with a TV, and a dining room. The patio has seating as well. We liked how spacious the room is. The floor is dirty and when walking barefoot, your foot gets black. I am not sure that they mopped. The outdoor areas are dirty and have not been swept. The jacuzzi looked dirty and the jets did not work and it was not hot. No towels were available.

The staff was excellent The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was small and underwhelming.

Absolutely nothing. Update it for the price,plus hotel charges a RESORT FEE absurd. Bed and carpet too old equals Dust mites what a horrible night.

The golf cart This location was closed when I arrived at 7:30 pm. It is old and decrepit.

The staff DID move us to a different room when we told them how bad the first room was. It seemed like they have to do that a lot. 1st room had a bad odor, gross couch, hard bed, & rotten door frame 2nd room: Bathroom lock inoperative; 2 bulbs out; they forgot to restock towels; and safety was a concern the entire weekend

Nothing It was overpriced, the bathroom was dirty the floors were sticky and it was just an old feeling/ looking in general. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was not a 4-star hotel There's no way this hotel is a four-star hotel more like a one star don't do it

The clean!!! It was super clean!!! Maybe the internet and tv company, we lost the signals every 10 minutes 🤷🏼‍♀️

Location to my business travel This is a classic old golf resort. Nothing but old folks. In need of updating.

not much...super old, only had golf. everything was very outdated and under repair

The large suite we received. The floors were laminated vinyl and when walking on it, it felt sticky but wasn’t.

LocTion, size of room, and ease of checking in. Very dated, shower did not work very well, gutters outside were very loud and did not divert water during the rain, very stuffy room.

Front desk clerk exceptionally pleasant. Old, dated, run down. Door handle loose, no deadbolt. Bathroom like Motel 6. No electrical outlet near the bed.

Nothing NOT 4 Star. Barely a motel. Very disappointing. Wasted $--

Nothing. The rooms were sub-standard, the TV remotes did not work and the beds were as hard as a rock! We were very disappointed! We have stayed in 2 Star hotels that we in better shape than the Arizona Golf Resort! There is no way the Arizona golf Resort is a 4 Star Hotel! The first room they put us in had no AC and the TV's did not work. The next room sprung a leak in the ceiling over the bathroom door. The final room was a trashy handicapped access room. BAD!

Not 4 star as advertised. Maybe 2 star.

The location was convenient for where I was going. That was the only good thing. The smoke detector was going off when we checked in. My husband called the front desk and asked that the battery be changed. At 3:30 am the smoke detector started going off every 30 sec. Asked to speaker to a manager the next morning, still waiting.

Nothing The staff was unprofessional. The room was dirty. The atmosphere was not welcoming. It was awful. I will never ever stay there again.
