Best Western Superstition Springs Inn

Customer service was friendly and helpful but we were told we would be charged if we had a pet or smoked, when we arrived In our room it smelt like cigarettes which we asked for another room because I have asthma, they were very nice to move us to another room but it that room was strong like perfume. We were able to air out the room enough to be manageable for the night but this was not a great hotel experience at all. Do not recommend.

The staff at the front desk were helpful The location and the breakfast was just horrible.

The room smelled like smoke, was dirty. Not what the pictures online looked like. The bed was not on a bed frame. Didn't stay there Ended up booking a different hotel

Next to the mall. Friendly staff. Nice options for breakfast. The floors in my room were FILTHY! I couldn’t walk barefoot

The guy checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Bed and pillows were very nice. The A/C worked very well, kept us real comfortable. They have a free breakfast, but we had to leave early and so I can't comment on that. The location is great, close to freeway and lots of things close. We would certainly stay here again.
