The kids liked the pool There was a lady yelling at my kids through her window she kept watching them it was weird

Nothing likable about it Everything, the piss smell, the roaches in all three rooms I booked, missing basic amenities in some rooms like lamps for light so one room one completely dark.

Staff was friendly and courteous . Outside of the building looks great. Nice pool. Room looked like it was a throw back from the 70's . Carpet was very worn. COB webs in the corners. I believe this place is a monthly or weekly as people are living here. I have pictures of the place but my phone won't let me post them.

The lady who checked me in was very kind. Nothing.

We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room.

Area not so good Lots of Drug addicts hanging around. This place is more for extended stay doesn't offer daily house keeping. Bit noisy at night also

The place is very basic. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it did the job. It is no longer in a very good area. It shows age. It looks like some of the rooms in the back were apartments (I may be very wrong). It is not some place I would have brought my wife to. Management was good.
