The Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. And the bed skirt was dirty and torn. I had to leave a day early.

Quiet, Clean, everyone minded their own business. Staff was on point! There’s wasn’t much to tell…this is a great property!

Room was spacious. TV was far too difficult to operate. Never did get to check the news. Shower head was loose. Property needs some money spent on it and soon! Parking lot newly resurfaced and looked nice upon arrival but was disappointed once inside. Probably won’t return….

Great family and budget friendly stay. Great staff awesome breakfast attendant and housekeeping. You can tell they’ve worked hard to make this hotel nice. Glen Allen ain’t the best area but if you’re looking for a place to stay that won’t be crazy idk if you can do better than this

When we were there, the lift was broken but overall everything was pretty solid.

The beds were comfortable and the room service was good. The TV was not working when we checked in. The phone was not working the entire time we were there, so if we needed to contact the front desk we had to walk down. The elevator was creaking when stopping at the ground floor. The quality of the free breakfast was not to an acceptable level.

The Staff was able to Accommodate Us with a First Floor Room with only a 20 minute wait which was very appreciative for us, especially since the elevator was not Functioning. Also, the Breakfast was Delicious.
