The hotel is not bad, stayed here years ok but I can see the property is aging. My issue was with the staff. I made one mistake at the breakfast counter with the spoon and was corrected in a way that made me feel like a 5 yr old....Also had the do not disturb tag on the door with intention on leaving at 10:30.....housekeeping still beat on the door like the cops. I did not feel welcomed.

Property and room were very clean. The breakfast was decent and was nice to have. My only complaint was the pillows were not good. All four pillows on the bed were very flat

Room clean, some holes in walls and door but nothing major. Staff were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but tasted good. We had a full kitchen and it was great, everything worked wonderful. Housekeeping was very helpful

Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool. I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices.
