Way better than my first visit the front desk guy was very nice and helpful! My room had a slight mildew smell but nothing like the first visit at all! I used the laundry room to wash clothes super convenient but the stairwell smells horrible they need to fix that…. The stairwell smells disgusting. Room was decent had a microwave and fridge that was helpful.

Price Very small bathroom. Handicapped parking around a corner with no entrance to hotel. Not a good first impression.

Nothing If I could put 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional staff!! My room smells like straight up mildew and mold and they told me it’ll be a fee to change my room I was stuck in a stinky room my whole stay. Front desk never answers the phone or is at desk to help accommodate. Housekeeping comes when they feel like it. Towels and sheets dirty! The lady at front desk very rude and unprofessional! They don’t know what they’re doing at front desk tried to triple charge me yesterday and had me call my bank when I clearly showed my transactions where they took my money and still tried to charge me AGAIN! Did I say rude??? I am going through a hardship right now and came to stay here for a few days NEVER again I will pay an extra fee to stay somewhere clean and safe. And where staff is professional and helpful!

Free parking and the bed Everything was old and broken. The shower water was lukewarm to cold. The microwave kept locking and it set my son’s pizza on fire. The waffle maker kept malfunctioning. The AC unit kept making a loud noise and it made it difficult for my kids and I to sleep. The floors were nasty. It made my kids socks black on the bottoms.
