Sleep Inn Richmond North

It was what we expected. Nothing fancy but it did the trick

The stay was very pleasant and quiet.. Enjoyed our stay.

The place wreaked of mold and mildew. There was construction going on and the whole place smelled like smoke and mold. The front desk was useless and was difficult to understand (based on a language barrier). Booked a room looking for a place to sleep from traveling. Got to the hotel but the check in time was 13 hours away. They refused to give me a refund and refused to allow me an early check-in. Not only is the place a dump, they will steal your money, too.

Cons: small rooms for 2 queen beds, bathrooms dated (sink in bedroom), breakfast limited, pillows are to small, location is not best part of Richmond. Overall average hotel.

Dated property with helpful staff

If you need a good basic clean accessible with good nearby location locations for place to sleep. This is your place.

Breakfast was ok if you want waffles. Otherwise, slim pickings, short supply of muffins and pastries.

I was just there overnight.It worked out good for my needs

This hotel has been renovated. They ripped out the carpet and put in that fake wood flooring. Unfortunately even if you replace everything in a room if it was a smoking room years before you can still smell old cigarettes. But the rooms are clean and the area was area was safe. The bathrooms are dated. Not a lot of parking.

Everything was amazing! My dog was comfortable for her 2nd ever hotel, the bed was comfortable, the shower was warm and clean, and there were a good number of options for breakfast. Really if I had any complaint, it would just be the pillows weren’t the most comfortable , but everything else made up for that….

It was great! Not a lot of protein options for breakfast, but it was clean and everyone was super nice.

Clean room bath area is small single sink. Making it hard for 2 people to get ready at 1 time

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location great. Sleep Inn needs to remodel. Get better bebed. Bed and shower. The water in the shower great. Just need to remodel.

Clean property, room was quiet. Bed was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

New fixtures Visibly looked generally clean (except the walls), but when I mopped it, it was dirty.
