The carpet by the elevator was not cleaned during our stay. Other than that everything is fine!

Terrible! Arrived and had to worry because there was a bed bug problem that they didn’t seem to care about at all! Thankfully are room was two floors away but I shouldn’t even have to think of that at all! I had to tell them I would be checking my room and they made it sound like it was no big deal! Bedbugs are a HUGE deal! Especially with having children! Ridiculous!

The room had some stains on the carpet, but everything was decent. I’d stay there again, but wish it felt a little cleaner. I always appreciate it when you walk into a hotel room and it feels like you’re the first person to stay in there

Staff was very nice and courteous. BIG issue was air conditioner in our room was totally malfunctioning! Oklahoma in July is no time for a broken AC unit. Moved rooms at 1:00 am in the morning due to just being HOT!! This made for very little sleep and a long following day,

Clean hotel. Great staff. The pool was clean and nice. The breakfast was really good with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, yogurts, fruit, juice, toast, bagels, potatoes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, and coffee. Great place to stay!

Our room was clean upon a arrival and was cleaned regularly! They were so helpful on times we were still in room and offered to come back later or just refill any amenities we needed! Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was great everyday! Staff was helpful, kind and was on top of keeping the breakfast filled and adequate for all gues during the available times! And coffee and tea available at all times in Lobby. Over all the grounds and hotel as a whole was cleaned, cool and well staffed! If we needed to be in Glenpool area again we would absolutely return! Thank you for a great stay!
