Room curtains were torn. Shower curtains had tears and the remote was broken (taped together poorly to make it function)

Outdoor pool and hot tub were a big draw. The pool had a very small shallow area, not great for young kiddos. The hot tub worked ok, the jets did not create much for bubbles, but the water was clean and refreshing. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Pet friendly was helpful.

The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was great, biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage! The coffee was very good for hotel coffee. The morning desk person and the breakfast staff were very kind. The night check in lady was hateful and rude for absolutely no reason. Tacks on a 20 something charge for a deposit with no explanation and then acts like you're an idiot when you ask about the discrepancy.The signs in the elevator are a bit much warning you there is a camera and you will be charged for damages. Definitely felt at first like they hate the people that stay there. The morning was better.

This is the only hotel we stay at when we come in from out of town. Everything is always nice and clean. Staff is always taken care of anything we need. Breakfast is always hot and fresh every morning. I’ve never had an issue here.

The breakfast was good. Room was comfortable although not well cleaned. Bugs in bathroom sink. Staff was very friendly. Pool did not look clean. Rusty screws and dried blood on concrete in pool area.
