Staybridge Suites Chicago - Glenview by IHG

.

The location is excellent for anything in the North Shore with easy access to the Edens and 294. It is very run down and dated. It definitely needs to be refreshed and updated. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I need to file a complaint. My room was 2 hours late from being ready, keys didn’t work properly, and one bath didn’t have shampoo

The Room was spacious with a full size refrigerator and a small stove and a private bedroom with a door. Excellent breakfast bar. There was a loud mechanical noise of some kind. We were close to the elevator. Perhaps from there.

Bathroom in desperate need of remodeling. Tub leaked, coating was peeling off of the floor of the tub. No maid service. Waited for 2 days, no new towels and no one showed up until I asked another room attendant if she had my room. She did not, then an hour later at 5:00 a maintenance man showed up and asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I had already obtained clean towels and declined his offer since I was leaving very early the next morning.

It was like living in a very nice apartment. Free washer/dryer use. Great location if you don’t want to be in Chicago. Great restaurant, children’s museum and shopping. Quiet and safe! If you want to enjoy Chicago, you need a car and it’s a commute with extremely heavy traffic.

Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the social gathering on Monday. I wish it was on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and very nice.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

The check in person was not very helpful. The check out person is who informed us about the fee.

Staff was super kind and helpful.

Our hotel room was very clean. There was Wi-Fi available and free parking, which is always a plus. The room came with a full refrigerator and a kitchenette area. There was cooked breakfast every morning along with hot coffee, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. Breakfast was a plus, very impressed and we’ll return. I will definitely recommend staying here.

Good location

Plenty of parking. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Comfort bed. Good breakfast.

Clean and no bad smells. Breakfast good. Especially the nice man working there. He smile made my day. Front desk also very nice.

Great stay

La habitación tenía olor a pipi y nunca arreglaron un problema de fuga de agua en la habitación. El personal hacía caso omiso a nuestros requerimientos. De 1 a 5 lo recomiendo un 2

The property is conveniently located, the staff is always helpful, efficient, & courteous.
