They were at full capacity so the front desk seemed a little stressed out but I got upgraded to club and had free breakfast which was good. The room was nice.

Breakfast was fine and the pool serviceable. Huge wet leakage on our carpet from an AC unit. A noisy fan was sent up to our room but the staff did nothing further to address the issue.

The best thing about the Sheridan Northbrook hotel was the staff! Porsche and Kristof drove my husband and I’m back-and-forth to Winnetka music festival! Highly recommended A+

This stay was an excellent experience. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The rooms were clean, well cared for and safe. The hotel restaurant was amazing and so good. I recommend this hotel to all. AMAZING experience.

Never checked in. The hotel charged very high incedentals, and for a 11 nite stay thats just too much. Operations manager was very inhospitable and rigid. I walked out.
