Staff very helpful. Big property with loads of potential. Could be improved. Seems owners are trying. Rooms f as ir, clean, needs exterminator, spiders in bathroom. A few touch ups will be a very nice place

The room is superhot when i came in wish that they can let the AC running before giving it to the guests. Bathroom need lot of work and clean, it feel like sauna when you walk in there. Good luck!!

Our room was farthest away from office. Junk piled everywhere at two rooms to our left. Not construction but old appliances and such. Cockroaches in bathroom. Made reservation for four adults. Paid for four adults and had 2 towels of three sizes..... to me that is not good customer service. Will not go back.

Check-in was easy. The room was sparse but clean. Dog friendly. Coffee available in the check-in lobby was appreciated. The pool looked really nice, but the grounds could use a little more cleanup. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Superior clean pool. Lots of room. Not crowded Needs some love, broken door jams, etc.

Did not stay there they only have smoking rooms If they would have refunded my money

It was very loud. Construction everywhere. Also their was garbage all around the facility. The noise. Hard to get to the check in.

Check in was fine and helpful even though the issue we encountered wasn't her fault she was very apologetic in the situation and corrected the problem The room was very dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. We noticed issues with a dirty bed lining, stained towels, and a dirty toilet and furniture throughout the room, including the pillows.

I didn't know yall had breakfast. The lady up front didn't mention anything

Felt run down, dirty and linens were terrible. Would not recommend.

The room was clean but showing it age. Especially in the bathroom. No dryer, shampoo or conditioner so bring yours

Room very clean, appreciated fridge and microwave, tv worked well, bed was comfortable. No mention that pool was closed for maintenance.

When we arrived, we were told we had booked a 'Smoking' room. Yuck! This wasn't indicated on app when we booked- I checked thoroughly. Be aware. Lots of outside trash, open dumpster. Room was clean.

The view was amazing room was tidy Was woken up to someone knocking on the door on the last day wasn't even 11 yet was housekeeping we were confused on why they were knocking she was cleaning all of the top floor and pool wasn't open
