Super 8 by Wyndham Gloucester

Our room had a fly in it when we checked in and it smelled terrible.

Dirty sink with brown marks Exposed wires on lamps Burn holes in blanket Broken drawers Toilet continuously ran with no toilet paper, half used roles of paper towels instead Moldy area around bottom of door and walls Disgusting tub/shower Broken/dirty light switches Missing bulbs from lamps Broken outlets The place was completely filthy, refused to give refund, I didn’t blame the worker because he is just earning a paycheck. This is absolutely ridiculous! We took pics of everything and turned into Wyndham. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

I walked in dirty sheets and pillows , no outlets worked and the remote had a lot of mold and moisture on it

Room we had looked nothing like pictures, it was way more outdated and not as nice. Entire hotel smells really bad like smoke. Lobby isn't open to enter, have to check in through a window.

Had to check in by a little window because the lobby was closed but the staff was good for what it was. Not very clean. Nothing near by.

It's not a bad place, the room itself was clean, the bathroom was clean. Theere is a RoyalFarms literally right next to the hotel if you want to get something to eat, get a drink a snack etc. The only downside is, and it's not mentioned if you book a room online, that there is an additional $40.00 charge. That applies no matter if you book online or in person at the hotel itself and the fee is also for any amount of time you stay, be it a single night or a week. The fee also applies to any payment type as well, cash, credit or debit card. You are refunded the money, but it would be nice to know ahead of time that there is a fee.

Its a place to sleep behind a gas station with bad food . I don't recommend the hotel or the gas station chicken. The plus side it's literally a 5 minute drive to Lincoln field

The hallways and room smelled very intensely like cigarette smoke. The ice machine was broken and the television in the room wasn't working properly. Extremely bad experience.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the internet didn't work well, and the sheets had blood on them. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. I want my money back!

Office always closed, have to use weee little window, they won’t let you in. Dirty, unkempt. Not enough towels or toilet paper stocked in room. Key card repeatedly stopped working despite not coming into contact with deactivating sources. Awful.

My wife and I stayed there one night, room 155. The hallway to the room smelled like body odor. Our room smelled like old moist carpet. We had put the air conditioner on high before we left for an event that night to try and rid the room of the smell. We got back late from our event, the air conditioner was not blowing cold air at all. It was quite noisy also. It was late in the night when we got back, so we just stayed in that room instead of repacking/unpacking our things. It was quite disappointing. There is much room for improvement.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, me hicieron el cobro de la primera noche cuando yo hice el check in en la segunda noche, nefasta atención, nefasto más, y no tiene ninguna bondad hacia los clientes!!!

After a 15 hour flight, you get to your room and unpack to get comfortable, and in our case, take a shower. 1st surprise: shower doesn't work. 2nd: only one set of towels for a room for 2 people. 3rd: towels are dirty and stained with lipstick. After a long claim in reception, they finally gave us another room. Guess what? 4th: AC in new room doesn't work (in summer). 5th: new shower doesn't have the liquid hygiene bottles. 6th: on our first night, the room in front of us left a trash bag; 3 days later after we left, the bag was still there. Cherry on top: we had 2 Amazon orders; they lost one. Manager unhelpful, cero customer support. The worst hotel I have experienced by far.

Upon check in I went to the room and immediately found that the toilet seat fell off when I sat on it. When I got up to inspect the rest of the room I was immediately met with a bevy of flying ants. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for my money back as I was not staying there. The clerk said I’d have to wait for a couple of days and I’d see a refund on my credit card. We checked joy and left.

Disappointing

The staff service was OK at check-in. The room was horrible. It smelled like marijuana as soon as you walk the hallway upon entry to the room it was musty, bathroom door was broken, toilet lead was loose, the chair was was ripped, stained, looked very dirty, the bedsheet has stain, hair, and they looked like they were not clean, and the towels had stains and holes. I called the front desk for additional towels. They never arrived. I immediately checked out in after waiting for like 30 minutes and was not refunded any money. Do not stay there even if it’s your last option. The parking lot does not look safe.
