The hallways and room smelled very intensely like cigarette smoke. The ice machine was broken and the television in the room wasn't working properly. Extremely bad experience.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the internet didn't work well, and the sheets had blood on them. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. I want my money back!

Office always closed, have to use weee little window, they won’t let you in. Dirty, unkempt. Not enough towels or toilet paper stocked in room. Key card repeatedly stopped working despite not coming into contact with deactivating sources. Awful.

The location was close to the highway The place is very dated and really could use an upgrade

My wife and I stayed there one night, room 155. The hallway to the room smelled like body odor. Our room smelled like old moist carpet. We had put the air conditioner on high before we left for an event that night to try and rid the room of the smell. We got back late from our event, the air conditioner was not blowing cold air at all. It was quite noisy also. It was late in the night when we got back, so we just stayed in that room instead of repacking/unpacking our things. It was quite disappointing. There is much room for improvement.

After a 15 hour flight, you get to your room and unpack to get comfortable, and in our case, take a shower. 1st surprise: shower doesn't work. 2nd: only one set of towels for a room for 2 people. 3rd: towels are dirty and stained with lipstick. After a long claim in reception, they finally gave us another room. Guess what? 4th: AC in new room doesn't work (in summer). 5th: new shower doesn't have the liquid hygiene bottles. 6th: on our first night, the room in front of us left a trash bag; 3 days later after we left, the bag was still there. Cherry on top: we had 2 Amazon orders; they lost one. Manager unhelpful, cero customer support. The worst hotel I have experienced by far.

Upon check in I went to the room and immediately found that the toilet seat fell off when I sat on it. When I got up to inspect the rest of the room I was immediately met with a bevy of flying ants. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for my money back as I was not staying there. The clerk said I’d have to wait for a couple of days and I’d see a refund on my credit card. We checked joy and left.

The staff service was OK at check-in. The room was horrible. It smelled like marijuana as soon as you walk the hallway upon entry to the room it was musty, bathroom door was broken, toilet lead was loose, the chair was was ripped, stained, looked very dirty, the bedsheet has stain, hair, and they looked like they were not clean, and the towels had stains and holes. I called the front desk for additional towels. They never arrived. I immediately checked out in after waiting for like 30 minutes and was not refunded any money. Do not stay there even if it’s your last option. The parking lot does not look safe.

Dirty grounds outside, main room door had to body slam it to close it, shower rod falling off the wall, small pieces of paper towel? All over the floor by the chair, next to bed and in sink/closet. Someone was fighting at 6:30 am.

This hotel is exactly what you think it is, you need a place to lay your head at the end of your day. No frils, no perks, it got it done. I didn't particularly enjoy engaging with the staff, not my worst experience ever but far from hospitiable. I needed to stay one night near Philadelphia and it was fine for me, got myself some parking, got checked in, saw that the room and bathroom was clean, slept and checked out in the morning. If you're looking for anything more than that, I might recommend you keep looking.

The pictures are very misleading for this property. We had a hole in the wall where the electrical socket is. A mouse ran right through the hole. The conditions of the bathroom were horrid. The tub hasn't been updated or cared for to the point the paint or tub material was all chipped up. The door to the toilet and tub was peeling and looked like holes were patched up. The door security latch was hanging on barely. One of the lamps would not come on. There weren't any towels or wash cloths in the room when we arrived. If it weren't for low funds, we definitely would have left to find other lodging.

Our door was a little hard to close and we had noisy neighbors. Also, there was only 1 washcloth in the room even though i stated there would be 2 guests and it was stained with what looked like makeup. The lady at the front desk was nice about replacing it but when i went back the next morning for more wash cloths, they didn't have any at the time because they were in the laundry. I've never been to a hotel where ALL the linens were in the wash at the same time. There's usually a back stock incase people need more. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

While the overall stay was satisfactory, the room location was ideal, the bed packed comfort, and the shower head had weak water pressure and could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. While the stay was generally pleasant, the sheets had noticeable burn stains, which raised concerns about room presentation. In addition, the property advertises breakfast service, but the available offerings were limited to tea, coffee, juice, and granola bars, which may not align with guests’ expectations of a full breakfast.

Do not ever in your life consider booking here. I cant stress enough. By far worst place i couldve ever picked to stay at. Broken appliances. Fridge doesnt work and leaks everywhere (and smells). Shower let out brown liquid. Burn marks on furniture and all over the duvet covers. And the constant cigarette smoke even in non smoking rooms. And on my last day…..roaches. Genuinely unbelievable this place stays open with these conditions
