Shower didnt work ..plumbing needs work and needs to be cleaned

The room had a fridge but not a microwave, the toilet lid was broken and the door had a cracked thag you could hear everything outside, the curtain was broken so it didn’t close all the way and the sun would bother and you could feel a draft coming in

Towels in the bathroom for all dirty upon my arrival. Wi-Fi connection was horrible and continually cut out, was not even worth trying to connect to. Cleanliness in the restroom was borderline sub par in certain spots. The staff were very kind and polite. That was the only positive part of my say.

Being on crutches the manager assisted me with a couple of things without me asking. Clean room also!

Absolutely disgusting. Requesting a nonsmoking room and it completely reeked of smoke and urine. They said they would spray it for us but all of the rooms are smoking rooms. I am allergic to cigarette/tobacco smoke and we could not stay at that motel. We have to find a completely different hotel and because there was no availability on such short notice and Valentine’s Day we had to pay even more money and drive an hour away.

The price was cheap but not cheap enough once I entered the room. Flat pillows were the least of my worries... Hair in the tub and floors that clearly had not been mopped in weeks with dead spiders that had dried out completely turned me off. I didn't even dare take a shower or even touch the old lone shower liner that had been hanging there for years. Terrible customer service on top of it. Everything that comes out of their mouth is with an attitude. Disappointed

One microwave available in the registration area for use by all. I’ve never seen such a disgusting, unwelcoming, motel. The room was barely tolerable, with an old tv, no microwave, no fridge. Please remove this motel from Expedia’s choices. I stayed only because I booked through Expedia and we were exhausted.

Blood all over the walls. Asked for money back and was rudely yelled at. Didn’t even stay the night.

No comment. I will never go back to that property I’m surprised they are still in business. It was awful.

This is a welfare hotel and the conditions were disgusting. The "no-smoking" room smelled of smoke. There were ashes on the lamp base. The towels were actually dirty. The bed falling apart. I have pictures. The lampshades cracked. The walls patched. There was barely water coming out of the shower. The curtains filthy. As I wrote I did take pictures or it wouldn't be believed. I checked in at the front desk and left for a family event. Had I looked at the room then I would have left. I arrived back at 12:30 am and had to be back up at 6 am and was too exhausted to leave. I pity the poor welfare people who are put there.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room nor a microwave. The toilet ran all day, noisy. The open space was filled with trash, the room service was mostly just towels and they never took out the trash. I was there for a week and my room was cleaned only twice. Holes in the walls and bed covers. Fresh towels smelled awful on the last day.

The room had a strange odor. House keeping did not clean while I was there though someone did take used towels out and leave clean towels on table in room that I had to put in bathroom. I will not book here again or refer anyone else to this location.
