Place was Cringe and should be investigated for illegal activity ASAP

I booked here expecting a Super 8/ Motel 6 type room. Nothing fancy but thought the Wyndham name counted for some consistency. I have also been in motels undergoing renovation but not with a lobby filled with mattresses and old acs. The bed linens and bath were clean but the walls and hallways very dirty. The rooms were non smoking but still smelled of smoke. The remote only turned tv off and on and otherwise was non functioning. Our main host Kavi (sp?) was the bright spot, trying his best to be friendly and accommodating and urging us to ask him for anything. He was doing his best with what was on offer.

I just needed a nice, clean and quiet room for the night at just the right price. While I was in town for a Graduation, and Reunion. This is exactly what I asked for. The hotel is under major renovations so it looks Crazy but the Staff made sure it wasn't. Thanks.

I did NOT stay overnight in this hotel/motel. I checked in and turned in the key immediately . The room, the entire space was filthy. The bathroom smelled like feces and there were guests roaming the stairway . It was a disgusting experience. I wish there was a way for this to be refunded.

The first room given to my husband and I was very filthy, you could visibly tell it was not cleaned after prior customer. There was a terrible body odor left behind, bathroom sink stopped up and food particles in sink, toilet filthy. There were grease smudges and finger prints everywhere. So we ask for a different room, same issues except no horrible B.O. left behind, but just as dirty. Coffee maker has dry used coffee pod and mild, human stool on a wall by bathroom, toilet filthy, roach on wall. Trash can in hallways full, plus people staying there while home compromised allowed to place their 13gal trash bag by hallway trashcan. There are empty baggies on stairways and mold on ice machines. Teenage children hanging out late night, strange characters walking around parking lot.

The entire room was dusty and dirty and disgusting. The toilet leaked, the fire alarm was literally hanging by wires and the ice machine was unusable. This is nothing like the pictures. There were gross stains on the carpet and the microwave was sticky. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.

I didn’t like nothing about this place. It was extremely unsanitary and filthy. There was holes in the wall stained carpet, vents were extremely dirty. The bathroom curtain was green and yellow full of mold I found roaches in the room webs in the corners extremely disgusting.

It was so dirty, I couldn't breathe.

Lobby was disorganized with tons of mattresses and dirty ACs stacked. Lobby desk was not inviting.

Garbage, filthy, rooms smell and are likely not clean. Some type of renovation going on in the lobby. The whole building should be condensed and demolished. If I could give no stars I would. Front desk told me they couldn’t give me more than 1 extra packet of creamer. The place is giving hostel, no exaggeration. Can not believe I paid almost $200 to stay there.

Loud, rude people in the next room over who banged on our door and confronted us.. staff did nothing

Most filthy, dirty, disgusting place I've ever stayed. Blood stained bed, stained clean bath towels, bugs, and damaged furniture and lights.

The hotel it’s self was very dirty my room was a hot box and we had absolutely no hot water and not only that the pillows were so flat and hard as a rock service also sucks guy at the office had no clue what he was doing I’d give them 0 stars if I could
