Price and location The 100$ deposit charge to my cc. And two weeks later I haven't received my refund.

We had 4 adults, they only wanted to give use 3 towels and 3 washcloths. We he finally gave us the extras he told use not to use them for our face to wash our makeup off.

They charged my credit card 20 dollars for dirty towels. The deposit was for damage to the room and took the money for towels.

Room size Bathroom old and not in good condition

Nothing The room smells. The shower tub was dirty. The linen and bed cover weren't clean. All furniture and building outdated. I had to wipe everything down and sanitize. The pictures are deceiving. One worker to clean rooms and she did not clean the room but one day and I was there for three nights. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

the low rate was appreciated, being walking distance to a few restaurants was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. I don't like having to pay deposits, but so be it. The coffee maker was broken and leaked all over. I cleaned it up even though I was on a tight schedule. At the front desk, I reported the problem and was asked if I dropped and broke the coffee maker. And then I had to wait 4-6 minutes while the clerk inspected my room to confirm if I will get my deposit back. I am not the type to steal towels, break appliances or otherwise damage rooms. And if I had been on an even tighter schedule, those five minutes would have been rather crucial. If there is going to be a pre-departure inspection, the hotel needs to let people know in advance so they arrive at front desk a bit earlier.
