Oh, where to begin! First, arrived early, yes. Told check-in is 3 p.m. First time EVER a motel had denied us early check-in, even at high-class hotels. And judging by the lack of vehicles, it was not as if they were bursting at the seam with customers. Finally, got into room - EVERY interior wall surface was painted DARK PURPLE ... except the ceiling, which was completely BLACK (see photos). And the paint jobs were haphazard at best. Threadbare towels, NO shampoo. Not the scary part - the desk clerk was behind what I assume was bulletproof glass and I don't blame him. On either side of the protective glass on the counter were boxes of NARCAN! The peep hole had paper towel shoved in it (see photo) and the outside lens was painted over. All night, heard voices outside in parking lot, possibly making important "deals" of sorts that may or may not require Narcan. Also, NO maid service. Stayed there because the World Cup had games in nearby Philly so all "name" hotels had jacked up their prices several fold. Upon check-in, we noticed that there were by-the-week rates and saw bundles of belongings on sidewalk outside two rooms as if someone had been evicted. So if you're looking for an "exciting" Friday or Saturday night, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, we cannot recommend it. But I have to admit, I did get used to the dark purple walls. It might be the perfect room for Baltimore Raven fans at an away game vs. the Eagles.

When I made my reservation, the initial date thatw came up was June 15. Since I needed a reservation for June 14, I changed the date on hotels.com to June 14. I proceeded to make the reservation and after checking to see that everything was ok, i submitted the request. Then when I got the "confirmation" somewhere at HOTELS.COM the reservation was changed to June 28. I tried to cancel the reservation and I got a message stating that I there were no refunds. That is true, but Hotels.com did not make the reservation that I requested. I wrote to the CEO of Hotels.com about a refund since you messed up and I have been ignored. I should not have to pay for a reservation I didn't make. I wanted June 14, not June 28 and HOTELS.COM screwed it up.

The location It was dirty. There were bed bugs. I noticed right away and left immediately. There were people laying on the walkways doing drugs openly. It was a horrid sight. We left within 5 mins of being there

Requested a non smoking room and the cigarette smell was just impossible to support. Do not recommend this stay.

Once I checked in and went to the room, the room was dirty, stinks and roaches were all over the bathroom floor and bed. We left and never returned. I would like my money back because this should not be a property being advertised for people to stay.
-
floors were very dirty, like actively damp, made my socks brown. beds were fine. no shampoo or shower soap given. AC was nice
-
Everything was ok but not somewhere I’ll return
-
If you like dirty room, snot on toilet, drug use, domestic violance, middle of the night arguing, dirty and smoky rooms, this place is to go. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TO STAY.

The shower temp is the best part... Nice and hot. Shower dirty make sure to wear flipflops. Peeling paint on walls. The outside is clean.. But fooled once u enter your room. All in all is conveniently inexpensive.

My room had no hot water at all. The tub was disgusting
-
Location, nice & clean
-
Never. Had to stay somewhere else it was so gross
-
There was an unfit for habitation sticker on room 101. The police came out at least twice while I was here, one incident resulted in people screaming outside my window. The tub was unsafe to use. The sheets were filthy, and the mattress protector was filthy as well- both with massive brown stains and spots. The pillows, small and uncomfortable, were also disgusting as were the pillowcases. The fridge was so frozen over I couldn't get my ice packs into it to stay cold overnight. The ac/heater unit was covered in gross and spit out air that smelled like cigarettes and regret. They are very strict about not moving your room once you have been checked in for 15 minutes, and refuse refunds of any kind after 30 minutes. So, if you stay here, investigate your room quickly and thoroughly. In addition to being filthy, the bed was obviously a relic from the 1980s, filled with broken springs, and probably the worst night's sleep you'll never want. To combat the filthy sheets, I tried to lay down the provided towels, but they were just as gross as the sheets. The walls were stained with multiple unknown substances. The property also seems to be a popular long-term housing solution for some of the guests. From barking dogs to screaming domestic situations, kids running around and living their best lives, and the frequent police visits, I would say that you should not expect a peaceful night. The staff is dismissive and rude, especially if you attempt to ask for help.

The decor was updated but it was not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. For the price paid I was overall satisfied.
