Everything The ice machine wasn’t working..

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds The fan in the bathroom was pretty loud. The shower curtain would not stay where it should have to prevent the water from coming out of the shower.

The picture in the advertisement looked ok. The neighborhood appeared sketchy. Upon finding the hotel, the entryway was shoddy at best and appeared to be under maintenance. Once inside the air reeked of stale air and cigarette smoke. The man at the front desk was rude. We were tired from the days drive so we accepted the key only to find out there was no elevator for use. I'm a disabled individual so getting up the stairs to the room was a struggle. The room was dim and also reeked of smoke. The bathroom had hair in the tub and urine on and around the seat of the toilet. There was an electric cord for the mirror positioned across and resting on the sink. Although exhausted we knew we could not stay and departed quickly returning the key to the rude man at the front desk. Oh and all of this for over $200.00 per night.

I chose to accept a smoking room because it was located on the first floor. I plan to do otherwise in the subsequent weekly bookings for accommodations.

Dirty! Very dirty. Feces on the wall🤮 burn holes in the cover. Dirty tub, just terrible

Well kept and very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect if you want somewhere to stay as a base for visiting surrounding areas Definitely could do with a spruce up as looking very tired and dated, more selection at breakfast would be good too but there was nothing that we did not like.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the free breakfast and coffee in the morning . Stayed multiple nights and each time was a good experience . will definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Close proximity to Philadelphia Wells Fargo. Room wasn’t clean Bathroom was absolutely disgusting with pubic hair on the toilet and when I complained to the front desk, the guy gave me attitude and told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I would never stay here again. It’s dated and dirty.

This property is a hidden Gem.. free breakfast free Wi-Fi. The rooms are insanely clean. I like everything

I liked how it wasn’t too expensive as it is in other parts of the city . Accessible to other parts of the city. There is no elevator available you have to lug your own bags up two flights of stairs . The facilities appeared not to be clean , the toilet was dirty , as well as the floors. Appliances were old and outdated .

Easy access off the highway. Owner had breakfast cleaned up before 9am when breakfast was till 10am.

I liked the proximity to the event I was attending. The lobby was a little dated.
