Staff very friendly plenty of cool air and ample parking

Our bathroom sink was cracked. The ice machine was not out of service. It seems there is maintenance that needs to be done but no one cares.

Hotel appeared nice enough until I was in the room. Arrived an hour early wanted to charge me extra 20$. No thanks! Linens had burn marks and pull out nothing but crumbs. Pull out was dirty. Check out was easy just drop the key. Never again.

Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us.

I opted for the smoking room and it was not properly cleaned . The toilet was dirty, but the shower was clean. The linens were disgusting . There were stains and burn holes in there, & the floors were covered in dust and dirt. I asked for new linens and only received new towels. My total for 2 nights was $300 and it was last min booking during a busy weekend in Philly so I guess for that rate you can’t expect much but never again will I book here, The dirty linens was unacceptable .

The check-in was simple. The room was musty (I think because it has smoking and non-smoking floors - I am very sensitive to smoke - even the non-smoking floors hold on to some of the musty smell), but I bought a small air freshener and the room was fine after that. The air conditioner makes an odd "revved up" noise for about a minute every so often, but then it calms down! The housekeeping was excellent. The room was tidied up nicely every day. The shower is great with strong water pressure and great water temperature. If you don't have transportation, there are multiple stores and restaurants within walking distance. The street is busy, but the neighborhood seems very safe. Overall nice stay for the price and location to my purposes in South Jersey!

Clean, spacious room. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. It was a 2 day stay and would stay again.

Customer service was disappointing from the start. We were informed that there is an additional charge if you’d like to check out even just one hour later, which felt excessive. What was more concerning, however, was that there seemed to be a willingness to “negotiate” that fee if paying in cash, which did not come across as professional or appropriate. Overall, while the room quality was fine, the lack of professionalism from the staff made the stay far less enjoyable. Better customer service and clearer, more consistent policies would make a big difference.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, staff was friendly.

The rooms were cleaned well. They offer coffee in the mornings. And have a snack bar by the front desk. The night staff was very helpful checking us in. There’s plenty of food options around, there’s a gas station right next door with a tobacco/convenience store. There’s a 24 hour Dunkin Donuts right across the street. Wawa is like a 2 minute drive down the road. The main parking lot is a bit far from the front entrance, but most hotels are like that. They do have accessible handicap parking right by the front door, so it’s really not an issue.
