Red Roof Inn & Suites Philadelphia - Bellmawr

The room was decent and fairly modern but the hotel is very close to the street so there is a lot of street noise. It is also next to a 24 hour gas station so you hear trucks, etc. pulling in at all hours. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes and that came into the room. The air conditioner did not work that well either.

It was a good stay but lately it has like a weird smell on the bedding. Smells like the bedding were washed than say somewhere till they were being used. The bedding smell like mildew or old sheets that were left in the washer. This is the second time I stayed here and the bedding smelled like that. It never did before the renovation or after. Now all of a sudden it had this weird smell. I stay here very often. Other than that it was fine. If you stay here just bring some sheets with you and put on top of the bed.

The toilet and sink in our room had a ring, making it look like they had not been cleaned in a while. The next morning room keeping remedied the situation. The bedding closest to the window and heating/cooling unit, while looked clean, smelled musty. I would still stay at this hotel, even with the conditions we were presented with. Not against roughing it. It was just unexpected.

The floors were sticky so I had to call housekeeping as soon as I checked in. Other than that, everthing was fine.

Partially clean but the smell in the room bothered me. Other than that the place was easy going and convenient.

Our stay was decent. The room was nice. Air-conditioning worked very well. The room did smell of some type of smoke. Other than that it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and convenient.

Jet tub was big and comfy. Pretty clean, no cups in room and was quite pricey should be 120 to 150 not 200 for 1 night

sad i had to make two beds before bed when we only got there at 10pm

Key card kept acting up

The hallways were also in poor condition, with clumps of hair and dirt throughout, making the entire property feel neglected. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience.
