The room was clean. The air conditioning was awesome. The staff was very helpful.

They ran out of coffee at breakfast and we ended up going back to our room after waiting 20 minutes. And someone dropped one of the serving utensils and I took it back to the lady in the kitchen. And I stood there waiting on her to realize I was standing there, her ear pod was in so she couldn't hear me. But house keeper was wonderful and front desk was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!

The locking mechanism on the room's door was broken and the deadbolt could not be retracted unless holding the inside handle down before closing the door. Releasing the door handle, set the deadbolt in place. The mattress had sprung springs on one side making the bed uncomfortable soft. My friend complained his bed was extremely hard. Only one outlet in the corner of the room was useful to plug in my breathing machine. The lamp outlets did not connect sufficient with my machine's plug so could not be used.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. We were there for the World Cup match in Philadelphia, and getting World Cup themed freebies was a plus!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little lacking, but everything else was wonderful!

The staff were very courteous. The TV kept losing signal for extended periods of time. I called three times Saturday and was told each time someone would come fix it, but no one every did. Then again on Sunday it happened, repeatedly. Repair guy came, he couldnt fix it, he said he would come back in 30 minutes to check on status, he never did. Also, I stayed 3 nights and we never had any room cleaning/service. No new towels, nothing. Even though on Sunday I went to the front desk at 2 pm and asked for room service and the woman wrote down my room number and said she would take care of it, but no one ever did. When I went to front desk again at 4:30, I was told all cleaning staff had left for the day. Really, really disappointed in the overall experience. There is no excuse for not being able to provide a working TV and not providing room cleaning/towels/trash service, especially when repeatedly asked and told it would be taken care of, and it never was.

The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that room. Ventilation was very poor The room had a nasty smell

The property is dated but well maintained. We were surprised the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. This was a good choice for us.

I love the room was comfortable and the location was perfect. Breakfast was decent, and the area was clean I did not like that the second room I booked was charged more, and it was slightly difficult to get that resolved promptly. The cleaning service during the weekend was not well spread out. I did not appreciate feeling rushed out of my room on the last day as I gathered my things to check out by cleaning service when they were nowhere to be found my whole stay.

I’m pretty sure I will not be staying at this property again.
