Hampton Inn & Suites Deptford

Breakfast was good, parking was safe, friendly staff. Just housekeeping issues - no tissues in room, only 2 towels for 4 booked guests, mold on shower grout at eye level

There was not hot water to wash or bathe in. We would only stay there again if their rooms were free and no other hotel rooms were available anywhere in the southern portion of New Jersey.

Everything was great!!!

Overpriced, but understandable due to the game. I’m sure the price is less than what I paid, $350 for that night, on a regular basis.

Stay there a couple years ago.Always have a good time.Every time I stay staff is very friendly.The manager remembered me from five years ago Gym could be a lot bigger

Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. Staff was extremely friendly. One issue - ants. I picked a King Studio with fridge and bar area to make some meals or snacks but ended up ordering in and making sure to throw my trash away outside the room as there were ants on the tables, ice bucket, and bar area. I live in NJ so understand that ants aren't unusual but there are sprays, traps, etc. that could be used in the rooms with signs making patrons aware.

I like that property was close to stores, the highway, & that it offered a gym & pool. I love that breakfast was offered. Upon my entry, the key fobs were down and I was unable to come and go as I please until 2 am. Everytime I need access to my room, side doors, the pool, or gym …. I had to get an employee to let me in. The pool was discolored and appeared to be molded. I did not get to enjoy it.

The Staff is very friendly and facility is very clean. This is my 2nd stay and I will stay again.

Only one thing that is out of the hotels control, parents need to be responsible for their kids actions. Kids were running, banging and knocking on doors past 10 pm at night. There seems to have been some sports activities going on during our stay and some lids were out of control.

Samile was vwry helpful. my first room i wasassigned had no bathfoom livhts and she ssit hed roo. immediately for me becaise np staff to assist at nivhy the procesz of getting my room and basically being told i did something i did not do. . i also did not like thrre was no laundry room for guests

Great stay overall,plenty of parking spaces, clean room, friendly staff, and a super convenient location with plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast could have been better, but everything else was really nice.

Not worth the price at all. Executive suite with wet bar LOL… it was way below average, nothing special at all. Sofa was ripped up and the room was arranged awkwardly, the desk was literally in the middle of the room. Shower was awful no water pressure, and the curtains don’t cover all sides so we weren’t able to sleep in… hotels should have good showers and black out curtains at a minimum in my opinion. Won’t go back. Mya was nice though!

Parking was good rooms were spacious and clean.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and never had an issue which is the reason we keep coming back. This time the noise was ridiculous. First there were numerous kids running up and down the hallway screaming multiple times in the evening. Then I was awaken from adults arguing and fighting in the hallway at 9:15. Something has to be addressed about that.

I really enjoyed my suite and will be visiting again
