terrible communication from the staff

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, free parking.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and the location was perfect.

I know not having lotion may seem like a small thing, but for travelers who pack light, it’s something we often rely on. The bathroom door was a bigger concern. It seemed like it had expanded or was sticking, making it very difficult to open. Every time I used the bathroom, I had to pull really hard to get the door open, and it made a loud noise that honestly sounded like someone was trying to force their way into the room. Other than those two issues, we had a pleasant stay.

Was very noisy awakened at 1am and hot water not very hot

I went online to find the menu for the restaurant and it couldn't be found so had to go down to order, which was fine just was tired after being in the car 5 hours...here is the upsetting part. I ordered chicken quesedillas- with no bacon. I got the order and went back to room. I have recently been diagnosed with a tick borne disease called Alpha Gal that if I have meat, I literally can die...and go into shock ( thankfully had my epipen) I was about to take a bite and something said- check it- so I opened it and there was bacon allllll over the inside. I was grateful I checked or that could've been a hospital visit. I was so tired by then didn't feel like going back down to fix it...but please be aware when people ask for specifics with food- there usually is a reason.

Hotel is average. No pool. Staff was nice.

Definitely a place to stay. Clean, quiet, efficient staff. The room we stayed in was beautiful. I’m a very light sleeper and although the hotel was almost full it was quiet. I love staying here when I’m in town

It said that this hotel had a pool and there was no pool for the whole reason why we booked

Room door ill fitting to close - Staff were helpful with matters that needed attention. Otherwise facility was clean and maintained.

My room key stopping working late at night. Three other guests had the same issue. The room was never made up the next day and I had to ask for towels AND retrieve them because there was no housekeeping staff on duty.

Overall good, clean, nice staff and good location in a decent area

Need an extra hand in the kitchen and bar area. Food took a long to come out with a crowded lobby

Tv sucked no free breakfast n no hot water just warm water not worth the money

Newly renovated, comfortable bed, polite helpful staff, easy parking.
