Hotel is average. No pool. Staff was nice.

Definitely a place to stay. Clean, quiet, efficient staff. The room we stayed in was beautiful. I’m a very light sleeper and although the hotel was almost full it was quiet. I love staying here when I’m in town

Room door ill fitting to close - Staff were helpful with matters that needed attention. Otherwise facility was clean and maintained.

My room key stopping working late at night. Three other guests had the same issue. The room was never made up the next day and I had to ask for towels AND retrieve them because there was no housekeeping staff on duty.

The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying at.

Everything was ok but more attention needs to be paid to the little things to ensure that the property doesn't become rundown...

The faucet handle for the shower is loose. It cannot hold the position where I want the right temperature. And it took me a couple of times to get right set of bedding for the sofa bed.

My room was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful especially Tyrone...thank you all for a lovely stay during the electric blackout and then my furnace breakdown.., my home away from home!! Right near the mall! 🌞🌞🌞🌞
