Clean room and plenty of parking space the only downside was a very bright light that kept turning on and off outside the room shining in at night. Should move/dim that light or upgrade the bedroom curtains.

They don’t feel cozy . You just don’t feel comfortable or at ease . It doesn’t help that their is a strip club at the corner . Rooms are clean , the closet is in the bathroom not very hygienic or practical. The breakfast below basic . The hallways and the stairs are dirty . Parking is practical.

I have been using this facility for a number of years for reunions, it appears the entire place has been upgraded and is a wonderful place to stay, it is convenient to all necessities, restaurants, convenient stores, gas stations, and nighttime entertainment. I will be continuing to stay here whenever I need.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was quite comfortable. It was nice having a separate couch as well .

The balcony outside our room added a nice touch.

Well, it's a good place to lay your head for a night. Sir Burpsalot neighbor was entertaining the second story and to the right below of us with his endless cooler supply of White Claws. Also from our balcony got to witness the late night pool escapade break in, which too, gave us something to watch as we say out on our balcony. I think though, the most enjoyment we got were from the two cats tenants that patrolled the joint. Other than that, it was a decent, affordable place to stay for a night that gave us a few memories along the way. 3 stars at best, but maybe a 4th star just for the cat occupants.

Room was clean and very spacious. Parking right in front of the room, there is a Wawa close by. Very good experience…

I was happy with my room, facilities & service. Our room was stylish, had a balcony & was very secure. However, I have never paid over $100 for a room, & not served a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, potato, etc.). That was a huge disappointment to our family.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice except for a broken table on the balcony and the bathroom faucet was very loose. The employees were very nice.

Only 3 issues with this HoJo. #1 No texture or grip on the tub bottom. Very slippery!! #2 No grab bar in the shower to help with the slippery tub. #3 HEY GENTLEMEN!! Stayed in room 234. When sitting on the toilet, when flushing, the water rises to a level that soaks your brosack! I learned the hard way and got a gross surprise! Consider this your WARNING ⚠️!

We went to check in on a Saturday night and walked right out. We were traveling as a family and the hotel had a very unsafe vibe to the point that we were unwilling to stay there. Lobby was locked, we weren’t allowed to go in, bulletproof glass for the desk clerk. Clearly there are serious safety concerns on the property. The hotel is not as advertised and looks nothing like the photos. There were shady people around and people doing drugs openly in the parking lot. Hotel is between a strip club and cannabis dispensary and the hotel vibe fits that scene. Our family was left scrambling to find another hotel option at 10pm. Do not book this hotel! Also Shocked at the price point considering what we saw. Yikes.

Great hotel, clean rooms and very professional staff. Also, the breakfast is delicious.

The walls are thin you can hear everything going on in the next room. Room was clean though.

The absolute best thing about this place was the outdoor pool, which was big enough for either playing or swimming and very clean. The lounge chairs around it were partly broken, and some umbrellas would have been nice, but that didn't stop my younger teen from having a great time in it. The beds and pillows were also comfortable, and it was quiet. The room showed signs of wear, and parts of the floor were a little sticky (I kept my shoes on for this reason). The included breakfast was the weakest hotel breakfast I've ever seen. I would probably not stay here again unless it was wildly cheaper than other options, or the pool was my only priority.

The other thing is the 2 doors. I was on the first floor and if I want to use the pool then thats great but as a female staying alone not so comforting and a light kept going on and off all night so that didn't help. But for what I needed it was clean and worked for me.
