Close to ball park. Very comfortable beds. Very noisy guests staying on the floor above me. Allowed behavior well past 10 pm and then before 7 am.

Great family friendly property! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was the fact we were moved from 4th to 3rd floor due to automatic window shade issues not working; then moved from 3rd to 1st floor due to location of huge AC fans noise ( it was 98 degrees outside, so constantly running) 1st floor rm was great, but bathroom sink was slow to drain. So just facility maintenance needs improvement. Otherwise, location, staff, breakfast and entertainment for kids is great!

we spent a weekend here bc my son works nearby and we were visiting the zoo. First the good: location was convenient, breakfast included, hotel is relatively new. The indoor pool was nice. there is a waterpark attached but we didn't not use-seemed mostly young families. The bad: only clean rooms every other day which means they didn't clean ours at all. this is a pet peeve of mine that hotels started during covid and now are getting away with still. They should at least tell you this at check-in and keep rooms well stocked. we ran out of TP, kleenex, towels and our trashes were overflowing. There was a lot of dirt/food spilled in the hallway outside our room and it was there all weekend so they didn't even vacuum hallways at any point. It was also a very loud hotel- walls are thin, doors don't seal- you could see light around them. you could hear everyone and everything around you. There's an actually tripping hazard in the room too as the transition from carpet to tile is quite different. The final issue we had was the AC- we turned the fan to "on" thinking this would at least create white noise to drown out some of the noise but the fan still went on and off- it did not stay on despite the setting. This weekend was not a crowded one so I can't imagine the issues if it was summer and busy. we would prob stay here again only b/c its the only option in Goddard.

Was upset that I had brought my grandchildren there and no idea when booking the room that the waterpark was closed Monday through Wednesday the swimming pool was only available to use the back end of it as they had swimming lessons there and we were told we could not use the big pool water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. Coffee was very watered down and one day it was lukewarm.

Friendly staff. Pool hours need to be extended. I was unhappy about that. Then come to find out there were still people in the pool and supposedly it was closed.

Everything was really clean and everyone was nice and helpful, only if gym would stay open little longer for people that work late

My room was very clean and functioned well in every way. It’s nice that breakfast is included with a few hot items. While overall kind of a basic breakfast compared to some, it’s nice to have it available and included in the rate. While the rooms were meticulous, I happened to notice there was a lot of dust on objects like room number placards and things like that, as I passed up and down the hall. No biggie, except I just thought you’d like to know since the rooms are so clean and tidy, and the public area and breakfast area appeared to be too.

The hotel was just okay. NO water pressure whatsoever, so if you plan on shampooing and getting all the soap out of your hair I wouldn’t recommend.

This site was seriously under staffed. Rooms state daily turn down, but never turned down or cleaned in 4 day stay. Coffee and drinks always empty. Fantastic water park option. This facility best for older kids, teenagers and adults. No food delivery options. 1 decent rest. Appropriate for older kids and up. Great location for the Wildlife park and water park both are great for full families.
