Picked this place specifically for the water park. Called ahead to confirm the dates/times it was open. Let’s just say, we had some very sad kids.

The room was exceedingly humid from the moment we walked in, and when we took a shower we could tell why. The fan wasn't nearly powerful enough to take the steam away. The floors felt tacky underfoot although they looked pretty clean. Pillows were absolutely awful. Breakfast was atrocious - powdered eggs that were cold, gristly sausages and underwhelming potatoes. We had to ask for bread for toast, and after trying the toaster 3 times on high we had vaguely warm bread with rock hard butter. The gym was a nice surprise but we didn't have time to use it.

Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy with multiple teams and food was always stocked. Only complaint was the neighbors we had, underage kids up all night, but thats out of the hotels control. We visited blast of bay during our stay, that alone was worth our trip.

The room could have used a little work, tub didn’t want to drain so had to unclog it and the shower head was spraying water when having it just run the bath. The waterpark was great though! Also breakfast wasn’t good, out of a lot of stuff, guy said truck didnt come.

The room was clean , the breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

absolutely perfect for a trip to Tanganyika

The amenities were good. There's a good breakfast, big pool, great staff. The room was okay. Our shower curtain had a bunch of stains on it and the blankets had hairs all tangled up in them, but otherwise okay. The biggest issue was the fact that there was some baseball team staying there, teenagers, and they were super loud late at night and even had one laying in front of our door for quite a while, so made it difficult to get out of our room. It is nice that Blast Off Bay is right down the hallway, just be aware that that is not included in the price of the hotel. I was not aware of that since the first picture on the Expedia website is the water park. So, just be prepared to spend $25 a person for every day for the water park. The breakfast was decent and the location is great. Not a whole lot of noise, other than the loud baseball team that seemed to be everywhere throughout the entire hotel. The trash can was always full on our floor, so I felt bad that we had to leave bags of trash in our room for housekeeping.

Good location, safe area, great workout facilities and pool.

Rooms need to be cleaner.

Fun place

We had a very good stay. One thing I would change ... Don't have the housekeepers cleaning late at night. They were very loud in the hallway and I had to ask them to be quiet as my kids were trying to sleep. The rest of the stay was good. Thanks!

Clean and pleasant. Lots of amenities. Close to shopping convenience.

The only negative thing would be they were out of a lot of breakfast stuff. And no plates.

We love it here! 2nd Memorial weekend here in a row! The kids just have a blast!

Staff has been super helpful and communication has been excellent!

Receptionists that checked us in and was there several nights was incredible. Night cleaning staff was not friendly and a little rude.
