I highly recommend it!

Was upset that I had brought my grandchildren there and no idea when booking the room that the waterpark was closed Monday through Wednesday the swimming pool was only available to use the back end of it as they had swimming lessons there and we were told we could not use the big pool water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. Coffee was very watered down and one day it was lukewarm.

Friendly staff. Pool hours need to be extended. I was unhappy about that. Then come to find out there were still people in the pool and supposedly it was closed.

Everything was really clean and everyone was nice and helpful, only if gym would stay open little longer for people that work late

My room was very clean and functioned well in every way. It’s nice that breakfast is included with a few hot items. While overall kind of a basic breakfast compared to some, it’s nice to have it available and included in the rate. While the rooms were meticulous, I happened to notice there was a lot of dust on objects like room number placards and things like that, as I passed up and down the hall. No biggie, except I just thought you’d like to know since the rooms are so clean and tidy, and the public area and breakfast area appeared to be too.

The hotel was just okay. NO water pressure whatsoever, so if you plan on shampooing and getting all the soap out of your hair I wouldn’t recommend.

This site was seriously under staffed. Rooms state daily turn down, but never turned down or cleaned in 4 day stay. Coffee and drinks always empty. Fantastic water park option. This facility best for older kids, teenagers and adults. No food delivery options. 1 decent rest. Appropriate for older kids and up. Great location for the Wildlife park and water park both are great for full families.

The room was fine and the staff was ok. The hotel advertised a splash park. That was the reason we booked. What they did not say was that it would not be opened due to no lifeguards because school started. That should have at least been put on the booking site somewhere, but it wasn't. It might have made a difference, maybe not, but the choice was ours to make with all the information. That was my only complaint.

N/A I didn't like that the front desk person was not only unprofessional but also completely unhelpful. I found it a little ironic that almost every review I read mentioned how friendly the staff was. My experience was quite the opposite. I will not be dealing with this hotel again.

Great property. Very clean. Staff was fantastic. We paid for a king room. The electric blinds didn’t work. Staff moved us to an available room — 2 queen beds. We didn’t want that but it was better that waking up with the sun.
