The room was fine and the staff was ok. The hotel advertised a splash park. That was the reason we booked. What they did not say was that it would not be opened due to no lifeguards because school started. That should have at least been put on the booking site somewhere, but it wasn't. It might have made a difference, maybe not, but the choice was ours to make with all the information. That was my only complaint.

This place is very nice would definitely recommend

Everything great. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed.
-
We enjoyed our stay and would return there.
-
Loved being next to Blast Off Bay. Clean, modern and spacious room.
-
Overall, I'd stay again. The room was clean and that's the biggest priority. The way the hotel is advertised is deceiving because the water park costs extra to go to. The breakfast needs more healthy options, yogurt, fruit, or lighter choices.
-
I had a real problem with the bed, I could believe how low it was and how soft it was.
-
Hallways need to be vacuumed, kids need to be quiet during the proper hours. Property gives plenty of towels for use in pool and waterpark, attached gym was great and the staff was always a joy to help us! Overall, I would say it was a great trip just some minor things and it would be a 10/10 experience.

The breakfast is never consistent. The juice maker is broke, the microwave doesn’t work, there is not any coffee in the buffet line, the food is cold,. I was going there for a big part for the breakfast, but I am not going to stay there ever again.
-
The lobby has a lot of seating, it was easy to find an area to chill

Blast Off Bay was not worth the money! There was a grown man taking pictures of our teenagers and they told us to “leave him alone.” Very disappointed in this place and hoping our team does NOT come back next year.
-
The hotel was understaffed so 1 worker was trying to do everything. She did a great job, but everyone had to wait quite a bit. Coffee seemed to always be empty and the workers at breakfast said it wasn’t their problem. Hire more staff to help out!

Your hotel is very fresh, clean, comfortable and spacious. We wish we had more time to relax there and try out the water park! No complaints!
-
Picked this place specifically for the water park. Called ahead to confirm the dates/times it was open. Let’s just say, we had some very sad kids.
-
The room was exceedingly humid from the moment we walked in, and when we took a shower we could tell why. The fan wasn't nearly powerful enough to take the steam away. The floors felt tacky underfoot although they looked pretty clean. Pillows were absolutely awful. Breakfast was atrocious - powdered eggs that were cold, gristly sausages and underwhelming potatoes. We had to ask for bread for toast, and after trying the toaster 3 times on high we had vaguely warm bread with rock hard butter. The gym was a nice surprise but we didn't have time to use it.

Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy with multiple teams and food was always stocked. Only complaint was the neighbors we had, underage kids up all night, but thats out of the hotels control. We visited blast of bay during our stay, that alone was worth our trip.

The room could have used a little work, tub didn’t want to drain so had to unclog it and the shower head was spraying water when having it just run the bath. The waterpark was great though! Also breakfast wasn’t good, out of a lot of stuff, guy said truck didnt come.
