Very nice, clean hotel. Close enough to downtown shopping and dining to walk. Complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Quiet at night and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

I loved everything about this property! Location, decor, amenities, the staff went over and above in every single way! The e-bikes and the path right out the back was perfect, espresso machines on every floor, the housekeeping staff did a beautiful job every day. It was fun to go on our daily adventures and come back to a beautifully cleaned room. If you didn’t wanna go anywhere else for dinner, you had the option of their wonderful kitchen menu. Breakfast was included, water was included. And I loved all the high-end finishes with the casual vibe! LOVE this hotel! It was on the pricey side, however we got a lot with that!

It was an okay stay, but too pricey for what you got. It's right off of expressway -- kind of a basic room for the price. They did have a nice breakfast included.

It’s a perfect location, near the path into town and very comfortable! Great if you want to take the shuttle to Red Rocks! The rooms are large & very modern. Great coffee machine & water on each floor. The staff is professional & warm. There are daily activities but we were there only to go to Red Rocks. The breakfast is ok, nothing special! There are many added taxes on top the regular rate!

The property is located right on the highway and the rooms are very loud with traffic noise. Stayed three nights for a red rocks concert and did not sleep well AT ALL. Wall unit air conditioners were also load and rattled so no way to cover the noise of the highway. Maybe if it were in a different location it would have been ok.

Stylish boutique property located right alongside the trails and centered around a fun brewpub. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is gorgeous- you know it’s a good spot when the locals are hanging out there for the view. The food was yummy and the beds were very comfortable. Of note, we stayed next to the elevator and the coffee maker and didn’t hear much noise from either. And having the coffee maker right outside the door was amazing. No e-bike usage although i think I will take advantage of that next time!

WE stayed here the weekend of our daughter's wedding. It was a great place to gather with family AND grab a bite & beer. The views were spectacular from The Taproom. Dog and child friendly with great access to trails. Nothing!!

Great small hotel with helpful staff, great location and included breakfast.

Location was EXCELLENT! Close to Red Rocks which was wonderful since we were there for a concert. Very nice trails to explore that were right outside back door of hotel. Very nice rooftop that we used to relax on one evening. Room set up was very nice. We had a King Suite. Bathroom was huge and nicely appointed. Included continental breakfast was wonderful with many nice options! We were told about the wonderful 24/7 expresso machines on every floor. We went during morning hours (maybe around 9 am??) and the one on our floor didn't work. Went up one more floor and got some kind of warm water with not expresso. We were very disappointed these weren't maintained, especially during heavily trafficked times. Also, our room was right above the smoker. DO NOT get this room! It smelled like BBQ from 10 am until well in to the night. Maybe smelled the whole time but we just got used to it? Move the smoker. That was TERRIBLE for such a nice hotel and lovely room.

It was such a unique place. The room was absolutely amazing & spacious, my kids LOVED the bunk beds. The complimentary breakfast was beyond delicious & there were so many different options to choose from. We were very impressed with everything. The entire hotel is just amazing & I am dying to go back.

Excellent place to stay

This hotel was amazing! From the time we entered- we were greeting by friendly staff the entire duration! The coffee bars on each floor were a hit and such a nice perk for coffee loving people like my husband and I. We could make a coffee and go sit on the balcony! The rooms were so spacious and clean! The staff was there for anything we needed! We would definitely stay here again- the breakfast included was a huge plus! Also- having access to bikes, gym and given a token for a free drink was such a time touch! 10/10 recommend this place. It’s near the clear creek and such a fun vibe- even for families!

Eddy may have wrecked me for other hotels. First off, they had earplugs. Seriously. I forgot mine and they were a total lifesaver. They texted me that they had some at the desk and, true to their word, they did! The coffee bar on each floor was amazing! (Although why they don't have vanilla syrup is baffling.) And the breakfast was tasty and definitely hit the spot. Rooftop fire pits were also a nice touch and the nearby trails rounded out the experience.
