The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us. The property left a lot to be desired. The pool bathroom was being fixed while we were there so there was a toilet and sink sitting beside the pool. Our shower didn’t drain well so we had to wait a while in between showers and the drawers didn’t stay shut when we put items inside.

The room was clean. Staff didn’t even ask for ID when checking us in, elevator was in poor condition, pool had a broken toilet in the pool area and the pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom, breakfast was cold and not very good. We stayed 2 nights and would not stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was in a nice area with dining options close by. The breakfast was great with plenty of options including warm cinnamon rolls. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent every morning. The room was very comfortable and kid friendly. The swimming pool water was too cold so we didnt stay in to long.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast good with a number of choices. Only improvement would be diet soda in mini store.

All around nice place to stay. Nice location to go to a Twins game close to some shopping and fast food. Breakfast was good, all you can expect! Will be staying here again!

I want to personally thank Douglas for making our stay enjoyable! He made sure the double rooms met my needs. When I booked the rooms online I specifically selected 2 double queen conjoined suites (which was an option per the website through Expedia), however when I called to confirm the next day another staff member advised me that the rooms I wanted couldn't be reserved. After a brief conversation she insured me that she would have 2 rooms - 1king suite and 1 double bed suite that she will have available upon check in. However that was not the case. These rooms was booked specifically for my daughter birthday/sleepover party so the double beds was a must. The rooms she reserved was for 2 handicap accessible king suite which was not what we discussed over the phone. After talking to Douglas about my needs he saved the day! I'm so glad I caught him before his shift ended because it might not had played out this way. The rooms wasn't ready at the time I tried to check in. ( a little early 2:20pm check in isn't until 3:00 pm ) When I returned around 4:00pm and checked in it was exactly what I needed the conjoined king & a 2 double bed queen suite! The rooms was clean and all the updates to the hotel was nice! The stay also included continental breakfast which had a nice selection of food to get the day started. I'll definitely recommend this hotel! Shout out to the incredible staff but for sure Douglas for making sure everything was taking care of!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sub par as the pancake machine was broken.

We are pay for breakfast with reservation but they are charged one more time for breakfast and then price is fire!

I appreciated the 24 hour coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing The air conditioner was run by our room key and did not keep the room cool enough for me. There were limitations

The main downfall is the 4 trains that went past the hotel in 2 hour increments blowing their horn from midnight on. Woke up our whole group. Breakfast in the morning was nice but again could have been better or could have been worse. I did enjoy the the fresh coffee machines.

The breakfast is amazing. Beds are comfortable.
