DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis - Park Place

We had a fantastic time at the DoubleTree Hotel—it felt like home, and the staff were amazing.

Well the place looked pretty classy inside and out. My room looked clean well kept. I thought breakfast should be free as this is my first time staying in a Doubletree hotel or any hotel for that matter that didn't have free breakfast. This would be the final comment, but the worst part was the room had bed bugs, but it looked clean and was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was cool but not cold. I know things happen and I understand for the most part. I would stay at this hotel again.

liked location, though road work made it hard to reach. would have liked fridge in all rooms (last time no fridge; this time, there was a fridge). Would have liked functioning ice machine on all floors. Would have liked good coffee in lobby on weekends, too. see above.

Great hotel, free parking. The location was perfect for us. They actually had daily housekeeping which I thought was a thing of the past. I will stay there again when headed to the twin cities.

Our room was filthy. Vent in the bathroom and ice machine on 10 and 11 broken. Lobby nice but our room was a dump.

The staff were very helpful and kind when checking in. And out There was nothing to dislike it was a beautiful hotel!

Avoid this place

The property was clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the elevators worked well. The bathroom could be bigger and it only had a single sink instead of a double. The shower was very good and they supplied body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner.

We had such a great stay. Great location, and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was excellent will be back.

Rooms were clean and check in/out was a breeze

The on-site restaurant Dover had a wonderful breakfast buffet. Despite being short-staffed the two mornings we were there, the server was very pleasant and attentive.
