Ice machines on individual floors were either out of service or missing.

We had a good time, rooms need updating, especially the bathroom, pool could have been bigger, especially for the size of the hotel.
-
Hot water broke, had to go without a shower for a day, then got moved to another room that had hot water and the drain was broke, so I had to stand in about a foot of my own dirt. Had to scrub the 1st tub myself and then I had to scrub the 2nd tub again myself. Place doesn't seem clean but the staff was very nice.

What a beautiful hotel. Very very clean, well managed and super helpful and friendly staff. Ample parking, the pool is nice and well maintained. Dover the restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful. We had a great meal and cocktails, and everything was top notch. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again and again.

I like the room was very nice and clean, staff was excellent.Just wanted to remind people there are no Microwaves, in room only on the main floor. The area was great easy to get to all of our events.

Great hotel and great location with excellent staff will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we had a great overall experience. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small areas that could be improved, but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our experience with check in wasn’t good. The system went down right before check in time. This caused a delay, staff did not handle the situation very well and were kind of rude to cutting to check in.! Room was very in need of upgrades and paint or something to make it look not so warn out!! Jetted tub in room didn’t work! Didn’t use pool or hot tub since we saw a man spitting or puking in it!! This place definitely needs some help!!!

The hotel was great. I only booked a king bed and needed one more bed. They easily yograded me to a king suite. The hide a bed was very comfortable per 55 year old who slept on it. The king bed was comfortable. The room was great. Dark out shades, great temp and beautiful. We had an unplanned wheelchair with us and easily navigated the room. The parking was the only concern as it was tight but I paid for 2 spaces and they held the last spot for my 2nd vehicle. If it need to be in this area I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel for a good price.
-
The guy that checked us in wasn’t very friendly, the other guy checking people in seemed like he was in a better mood.
-
With 90% of women going through menopause the fan in the room was life saving! Thank you

The hotel was very clean and my room was very comfortable. The cleaning staff did and excellent job. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was below what I would expect.

We booked for 2 queen and looked like 2 full. Bed will sink in the middle when laid down.

3 day stay - toilet broken first day - not repaired while we were there. We had to take the lid off and manually pull up the stopper to flush it. Air conditioning - minimal. Rooms are very dark and dingy. We used to stay here quite a bit, now it is dingy and needs to be redone. No counter in the bathroom to set anything on. sink had fallen off the wall at some point and looked like a 5-year old tried to repair it. Won't be back if we can help it. TV remote worked -- sometimes.

The elevators were outstanding--quiet, smooth, and extremely quick.
-
I Was unaware the rooms didn’t have AC, pretty sure the Expedia description notes AC in every room, otherwise wouldn’t have stayed there in the summer. Room got to be pretty warm and had to buy a fan.
-
Room smells a bit from old carpets and AC/vent. Sheets and towels were clean and ample. BYOW.
