Homewood Suites by Hilton St Louis Park at West End

The hotel facility itself was in good shape, but the overall upkeep seemed poor - overflowing trashes inside and outside, the breakfast was subpar compared to other Hiltons (mushy apples, etc.), the "clean" towels in our bedroom had a bad odor, the conditioner bottle was empty, the common area bathrooms had overflowing trash and empty paper towels, etc. The tables out in the courtyard were very dirty from breakfast even late in the day (8pm). Seems that more oversight on quality needs to be done. Everything seems easily resolvable as the hotel is nice (design, quality, etc), but the upkeep was quite poor.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of options. Our couch bed had no bedding or pillows. Furthermore, we had to find housekeeping to get them ourselves. Also we were given two towels. For four people that is not enough

Warm & Welcoming decor and having what amounted to a small 1 bedroom apartment for our stay met all our needs.

This was a great place to stay as a family. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was nice, especially the chia pudding option. All staff were so friendly. The beds were comfy. No complaints!

The mobility accessible bathroom did not have enough bars or a moveable hand held shower wand. My husband has mobility issues and the general manager’s response to our need for a shower chair was hurtful and insensitive.

My stay went smoothly and without and issues. The room was clean, organized and welcoming. The customer service was Amazing! One day I spoke to a manager and he was very helpful. In person, Ella greeted me and checked me in. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions! If I come back to the area, the staff at this location really makes the positive difference. Thank you!!

The staff was amazing. So friendly and went out of their way to help make sure my family and my parents stays were comfortable. The suites were well furnished. The pool was clean and my kids loved the basketball court.

Very nice staff and were polite and accommodating and helpful. Rooms large and very clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Will stay there again for sure, great location and can walk to many dinner options.

Ongoing construction. The AC unit in the master room, I stayed seems to not be fully secure in the space. It works very well but it bulging out of the unit. Extra trash can in the sink area will be good. There was just one but in the bathroom. Having one in the sink area would have been nice for anyone that would need to trash anything when using the sink instead of waiting for bathroom to be available or walking to the kitchen to through away trash.
