Nothing fancy but very clean and super nice staff. Great breakfast!!

The only two complaints I had: stayed for 5 days and the room was serviced only once and only to remove trash. Had to ask for new towels. The room was VERY humid in spite of the air conditioning. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature that helped reduce the humidity level.

The food was good. One elevator was down. Pool was warm and nice. Staff was friendly let me get a early check in. Neighborhood was nice. Parking was good.

Room was nice. I've stayed here a few times and I always enjoy my stay. Feel like the property could use a little updating (carpet in the elevator, elevator runs a little slow, need additional parking to accommodate all guests).

I so appreciated the service of the hotel staff. Jeannie was so professional and gracious when I called prior to our arrival to inquire if it would be possible for my daughter and her family to be on the same floor. Fortunately, Jeannie was about to secure two adjourning rooms, which was so beneficial as we were traveling with a toddler. Jeannie checked in with us the morning after we checked in to make sure everything was as needed - it was so kind of her. The rooms and the hotel were very clean, and we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. Our only complaint would be the mattresses could use some updating:)

The front desk daytime manager was incredibly rude and condescending, to the point of us questioning even staying there. The property was dirty and outdated. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for somewhere to stay.

Housekeeping provided fresh towels regularly, but our bedding was not changed at all during the 8 days, despite being told it would be changed every second day. Without these issues it would have been a great stay. Both were easily avoidable and took away from what was otherwise a nice stay.

Very little choices. The beds made noise every time you moved in them. The end of the bed the base was broken from people sitting on the end. The curtains was broken and couldn’t be opened. The shampoo & conditioner containers were so watered down.

Outside of that, the facilities were very clean and well maintained and the morning breakfast was good.

Room was cleaned ok just had hair on the bathtub, around the toilet base was dirty and the fitted had a yellow stain. Otherwise the staff was fantastic and knowledgeable. Wasn’t a bad room for the price I paid.

Location was the only thing that was okay. The bathroom was not clean hair on floor, tub, the toilet was dirty haven’t been cleaned you could see black up around the rim and the bathroom walls had stains

The location is perfect for restaurants nearby. It was clean and welcoming with a great breakfast.
