Springhill Suites Minneapolis St Louis Park by Marriott

Great value and very friendly staff

The room was lovely but the woman, Jean, at the front desk was exceptional!! Courteous, friendly, helpful and just a delight!! The tv placement in the room was awkward...otherwise, all was quite lovely!

We only stayed one night but the hotel provided us what we needed for a quick stay. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t plugged in or it didn’t work.

Very good

The room was spacious with a full sized closet and a smaller closet. My nephew said the fold out sofa bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was large but had very limited counter space.

Cleaning staff should always look behind furniture... There was some garbage behind the night stand

Nothing fancy but very clean and super nice staff. Great breakfast!!

The only two complaints I had: stayed for 5 days and the room was serviced only once and only to remove trash. Had to ask for new towels. The room was VERY humid in spite of the air conditioning. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature that helped reduce the humidity level.

The food was good. One elevator was down. Pool was warm and nice. Staff was friendly let me get a early check in. Neighborhood was nice. Parking was good.

Room was nice. I've stayed here a few times and I always enjoy my stay. Feel like the property could use a little updating (carpet in the elevator, elevator runs a little slow, need additional parking to accommodate all guests).

I so appreciated the service of the hotel staff. Jeannie was so professional and gracious when I called prior to our arrival to inquire if it would be possible for my daughter and her family to be on the same floor. Fortunately, Jeannie was about to secure two adjourning rooms, which was so beneficial as we were traveling with a toddler. Jeannie checked in with us the morning after we checked in to make sure everything was as needed - it was so kind of her. The rooms and the hotel were very clean, and we all enjoyed the pool and hottub. Our only complaint would be the mattresses could use some updating:)
