The room smelled like cleaner, the pool was mucky, they charge you $35 for parking and there was a train that came by at 1 am that blew their horn loudly many times which I am sure it is a safety thing but if you want a clean pool and a quiet night sleep you should probably find a different place to stay.

The only holiday inn express I have seen without a hot tub. The pool was freezing cold. Very dusty.

Chaotic front desk area in the evening when we tried to check in. We (and about six other people) had to wait over ten minutes before a staff member arrived to take care of us. Clearly management doesn’t schedule enough staff I the evenings. The hotel was fine, but definitely not worth the price. We should have stayed across the street at the Springhill for half the price.

Great size rooms, decent continental breakfast, everyone is very kind there. Overall one of the better holiday inns I have stayed at

Helpful staff clean rooms. Beds mattresses were hard and could not sleep well. Front entrance under maintenance and had to park go through bushes and rocks to get into facility. Charges $25 on my card $5 for parking which was an undisclosed fee. Will not be staying here again.

This place has so much going for it. It's got a really nice location, it's got nice big clean rooms, and it's got a really nice breakfast. Is that cost per room per night was reasonable for what you get. I was a bit surprised they're charging for parking but we were excluded because we booked through expedia. Property is coming off of fresh Remodel and things look very nice however if you are a light to medium light sleeper you will not appreciate the old fashioned fire door closers that let the doors slam so loud and so hard that they shake the walls. Kind of a deal breaker for me as I'm somewhat of a light sleeper and all you hear all night is Bang Bang Bang doorsclosing. We stayed at many other places and they don't have to be like this.

First off I made reservations with place thinking when I got there to get the room I ask for and was guaranteed was not there and had me something else. If you go to this location please make sure there is no family event of any kind cause your room will be tooking away just horrible... Never again this location. Nice staff but Nooo ...don't go here for this price you can find a lot better .

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us. The property left a lot to be desired. The pool bathroom was being fixed while we were there so there was a toilet and sink sitting beside the pool. Our shower didn’t drain well so we had to wait a while in between showers and the drawers didn’t stay shut when we put items inside.
-
The room was clean. Staff didn’t even ask for ID when checking us in, elevator was in poor condition, pool had a broken toilet in the pool area and the pool was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom, breakfast was cold and not very good. We stayed 2 nights and would not stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It was in a nice area with dining options close by. The breakfast was great with plenty of options including warm cinnamon rolls. We would definitely stay here again!
