We had to leave on a very early flight, so we were happy to have a good, clean bed and nice place at the desk.

My favorite amenity was the bed and 3 fluffy pillows. I slept great! This was a standard room and the toilet was quite low to the ground… my son thought so too. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in my 80 yrs so I have many experiences to compare to . Other than that, it was perfect.

The stay started off great, as the person who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. He even let my baby pick out a toy from the toy box, which was such a nice touch! Unfortunately, our one-night stay was only okay, and I’m giving it a low rating primarily because of the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy. My feet literally turned black from walking on it, and when I let my toddler walk around, her feet became dirty as well. There was also a sticky, tar-like substance on the carpet that was really unpleasant and disgusting. For the rest of our stay, we had to make sure we were all wearing shoes in the room because of how dirty the carpet was. Overall, the friendly check-in experience was great, but the cleanliness of the room especially the carpet really took away from our stay.

We went for freshman orientation and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a welcome gift bag for my daughter. The property is lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

But the bed was lumpy, and I woke up with a killer kink in my back as a result. Refresh the beds (rm 161, in case staff is reading this), and I'd give it full stars.

The hammam experience was fantastic. Great location with close proximity to Başçarşı. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit dark.
