We were a bit disappointed. We loved the room and the courtyard amenities, but the breakfast was lackluster, and it was hard to get the room serviced. On our last night—we were in town for a family graduation— we decided to grill and enjoy the hot tub. The grilling station is great, but the hot tub was monopolized for three hours by a group of young people. After two hours I went to request help from the front desk. I was told they would take care if it but they did not. That really felt unfair. We were also paying the resort fee but our family did not get to use the hot tub. Overall a good place to stay especially if you need a kitchen. Shout out to Tommy at the front desk.

From first glance room is clean, but once you begin to feel the room and you'll notice it need better housekeeping. First, do not walk on bare feet in room or your feet will get dirty. They don't deep clean the floor, other than once in a while simple vacuum. The sofa feel sticky and dirty, not just old looking. If the hotel owner wants to keep the place in good condition he should train staffs to pay more attention to cleaning details. Clean even the dust accumulated on the desk and standing lamps. Vacuum floor under the bed and every corner as well.

The staff were very nice and helpful. There were some minor cleanliness issues with the sofa bed, comforter, and microwave. The shower water never got hot.

It did not have an oven which is why I booked it and only one burner in the stove worked. Even so I was not allowed to cancel a night for a refund.

Very bad room location; no view with limited privacy. This was the darkest room I have ever seen in a hotel. It seemed like a poor room reserved for Expedia customers. The low toilets are uncomfortable for adults and are outrageously bad for the elderly.

Guest service was great. Shout out to the guy at check in. Did not get his name but he was so nice and helpful. I was nervous we wouldn’t like this place because I thought I booked a one bedroom but it was just a studio. Still felt so nice and enjoyed our time there. Check out was 12 and that’s a huge plus.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff Despite arranging for my room to be cleaned and assigning a time for room clean when I checked in, nobody cleaned the room even though I was gone all day!

Great property, helpful staff , breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the patio activities.
