This is an overall good hotel. Only problem was that our room was in a bad traffic area and people can look in our room so we didn’t have the luxury of having our curtains open.

We really enjoyed our stay during Fiestas! Loved all the greenery around the hotel & pool area. Stay included daily free parking and breakfast. Hotel was also within walking distance of very many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

My first room the a/c was broken, so I had to move to a different room and the shower was not as nice as the first

staff was not wanting to assist customers nor were they respectful to customers

It was so bad experience so also I told them the sink was clogged I mentioned to them they said we know and they didn’t do nothing so horrible hotel and no one cleaned the room all dirty.I don’t recommend it for no one .

We have stayed at the hotel previously on past stays in Goleta and the Santa Barbara area. It is affordable for what is offered. We enjoy using the pool. It is always clean and well-maintained. The grounds are well-maintained. The hotel offered breakfast and it was well liked by the family. The hotel room was clean and smelled fresh. The family loves Pharmacopia soap and shampoos that are offered.
