AC unit was very loud couldn’t sleep until I turned it off and slept in the heat. Hot water ran out in the shower after three minutes.

Nice property but room was just ok. Heat of the summer and know AC. Room was very hot . They did have a portable unit that blasted some cool air loudly. It had a big tube that was tucked under the drapes to the outside. Plumbing in bathroom was a trickle of water. For $800 per night we were not happy and it did not live up to our expectations.

The property itself is unique and pretty. The grounds are well kept and peaceful. The AC in the room did not work very well. There were also ants in the living room, bathroom sink and by the beds. There is no elevator on property either.

Location was perfectly situated near CHGV. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking was on-site. There was no reason for an over night parking charge since the parking was onsite and no valet. N̈or⁶ÿ should a pet fee of over $150 per night be charged. Both seemed exccessive and present only because they were the only nicer hotel in the area. Staff was scarce, so appeared to be understaffed and unreliable.

Booked a suite for me and my family and when we arrived they had the audacity to cancel our entire booking and book us into a worse hotel. We are two adults and 3 kids with jet lag. It was unbelievable. I'm now wasting my holiday time chasing a refund, how unacceptable.

The bartender was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, some of the other staff members were not as welcoming. Overall, the hotel itself was pleasant, but the customer service could be more consistent.

Facilities were good, except the uncomfortable sofa bed ( although that was expected if I’m honest, just not something I’d want do again ) and the food we had at breakfast was outstanding as was the service. Only moan would be the entrance is almost impossible to see in the dark - poorly lit and no visible signage - so we sailed past it and had to go round the block - back on and of the freeway - when we arrived.

The pool was overcrowded with loud children and toddlers and not sure how many “day passes” they sell to external visitors. The food was mediocre and staff not adequate for serving breakfast which was unacceptably slow in coming… Regrettable

Lovely hotel, great food and drink. Staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend and I would certainly stay again if I ever travelled to Santa Barbara again.

Stayed for one night. Room was just right for what we needed. Nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful grounds.

Better in room coffee service. Terrible coffee and restaurant selections pretty limited.
