Clean room

Hallway smelled, room smelled, elevator was dirty. Shower was clogged. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Hair in the shower upon arrival that wasn’t mine. Just not a good experience all around. Sheets had stains. Would not go back if you paid me to!!

Paid on Booking .com previous night on my card. I arrived at 1 am and only slept 6 hours and got a very rude manager telling me she didn’t see my reservation. I showed her the confirmation from my phone. Her system was having issues with Booking .com even thought $250 was taken from my card.

There are people permanently living in this hotel. Not sure where they were living before but there are some serious characters that hangout in the lobby and around the property. Did not feel very safe. Would not recommend for anyone with a family or children.

The room was dirty, hair in the bed and on the towels and in the shower. Cleanliness of the room

The staff was very friendly they were just often difficult to locate. Aka rarely at the front desk Overall environment is rather drab

Close to Airport. Straight across the city street is an In-Out Burger. Great parking for Hotel

Clean bed Rooms were stinky had to switch rooms. Drug addicts passed out outside.

Ventilation system besides my room in the aisle noise 24/7. Impossible to sleep well

Very helpful in all my questions and getting a refund on my double billing issue

Refrigerator was rusted, outdated. The TV disintegrated work several times, staff came up, we helped restart tv,channels were terrible, there were dead bugs on top sheet in one of the beds!! Just was not worth what we paid for at all!!! Vey disappointed in our visit!

Poor breakfast selections

Bathroom was very dirty and smelled like mold. Staff basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. Won't stay here again

No cups , of any type to even get a glass of water.
