It was a really nice place and the staff was super helpful. The breakfast was good and the property was clean.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The courtyard was especially beautiful. The main office had glass artwork for sale that was made by the owner. The atmosphere and the thoughtfulness of the design of the rooms was great.

Breaking was a little chaotic need some organizing

Staff had an excellent recommendation for dinner (with a discount coupon), would that we could have taken advantage of the pool and other amenities of the place. Breakfast OK, convenient location for us. Nice balcony off the room, comfortable bed.

I stayed here over night for a fight. Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The pool and surroundings are very peaceful. Highly recommend. In fact I returned a month later and booked two night just to relax. Very nice rooms. And roomy.

Old and tired not kept well

Underrated property, it was great spending a night, especially the garden view, get a first floor room with a garden view.

Checking in was really easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lagoon is a fun and unique amenity, along with the ducks. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast or use the laundry but the room was nice and clean. Ready on time and checking out was easy. Parking is ample and location is close enough to surrounding tourist attractions without having to pay a premium for it to be right next door. Would definitely consider staying here if visiting again.

The room was very quiet and clean and overlooked the beautiful garden and pond. The swimming pool was heated and clean.

I love the garden outside. Very relaxing. Property is clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. Oh and the breakfast was not only good but the staff there are so friendly and cheerful, the make your day!

This is our second time staying there as our daughter attends UCSB. Very clean and the facility is exactly as displayed by the photos, but during the second stay we arrived at 10 PM (after a 12 hour flight and driving from LAx) and there was no one at the front desk - with a sign posted that the front staff was helping another customer. We were extremely frustrated as we weren't sure how long the wait would be. I don't think the wait was longer than 15-20 minutes, but I would suggest when the front staff leaves, they provide a pager or someone we can call for reassurance (during the waiting process, we were already looking for other hotels as we desperately needed rest).

The rooms were disappointing. It was very small and old. My main concern, there were NO drawers or hooks anywhere for our clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases all week. We had to put our suitcases on the bed after it was made. No desk. Almost washed off the small table outside to put something on but it was so dirtyl
