Ok hotel, nice views. There were a lot of us there for a wedding and there wasn't a place we could gather and socialize like a big lobby area or restaurant.

be ready but understanding check-in wasn’t until 4pm. Housekeeping was running late and I didn’t get into my room until 5:30pm. I would have appreciated knowing they were that far behind prior to sitting and waiting so long. Other than that my stay was perfect. The room was great. The location was perfect. Breakfast was sufficient and the grounds were beautiful. The best part were the ducks on the property. I loved interacting with them and was especially pleased that I could feed them a couple times with food from the vending machine. :) The staff were polite as well. It was a good stay.

Exceeded our expectations! As a bonus, the flock of ducks in the beautifully maintained waterlily ponds were delightful to watch and feed - like a little flock of therapy pets! Highly recommend!

We checked in went to our room, unpacked started to relax after a long drive. We looked to turn on the TV and couldn’t find the remote control. We called the front desk. The front desk told us he would check with maintenance if they had one he will bring to us. We waited about 30 mins with no answer if they had one or not. Called again they said they would check with maintenance. After I was upset with them they said they would bring one to the room. Unfortunately I had to call 2 times and for me to be very upset, then they try to fix the problem. I paid 300+ for this kind of treatment. Will not return to this site. And the bathroom was not clean the floor had hair so did the side of the bath tub.

Rooms were very clean. Bed was so comfortable!! Staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was also a nice addition.! very convenient right off the freeway

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We got in much later than expected, yet they were able to accommodate us and someone was available to check us in as soon as we arrived. There was parking available near our room, and we had everything we needed.

On arrival , the front desk manager said we were on the lower level w/o balcony. I was upset and all he said was, there are no guarantees. He really didn’t care what Taylor told us. All else about our stay was fine.

I was given a room that was occupied by someone else.

Old, dirty, smokey, will not stay here again.
