Rooms and eating area were clean. It's a bit of a tight squeeze heading up/down the ramp to the parking garage. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We liked the covered and secure parking. Free charging was also a very nice plus. The location around the property is a little difficult to walk a dog with busy streets and industrial businesses. Overall a very nice stay with good breakfast- we liked the fresh hard boiled eggs!

Not easy to locate room and parking garage was dark and underground. For late arrivals, did not feel safe or easy to park, find elevators and locate room.

The room was quite spacious and fairly nice, but it lack at least the basic amenities. No simple complimentary lotion, assorted teas, etc. I think this part reflects on the housekeeping service. The plus side of the hotel is the front desk personnel. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel should review their housekeeping services. One area of deficiency should not affect the overall performance of the company (Hyatt Place hotel).
