We enjoyed the location and the overall comfort.

Loved the newly renovated room. The space was cozy, comfortable and very clean. It was better than expected. Loved the blackout shades - made for good night's sleep. Only stayed for one night for a work trip but would definitely stay there again.

The TV didn't work for the first day. There was dog barking.

Location convenient , very clean room, staff nice. It’s an Older facility but has been updated. Windows didn’t open (they seemed like 60’s originals)

Staff at reception was very friendly, professional and attentive to our needs.

Good area High priced , needs to be upgraded if they want to charge so much. There cleaners need to do a better job.

Wonderful place! Very clean, everyone was extremely friendly. The room was nicely updated and renovated. Shops all around. Gas station (24 hours) directly across the street which was very handy. Will definitely stay again! Coffee machine leaked (not a huge inconvenience, just something to watch for). Parking could be an issue if you're arriving late or if you drive a large vehicle.

I paid $400 a night for a motel that shouldn't charge above $185. But I was moving my daughter into UCSB and needed a room. I am assuming they increased the prices related to UCSB move-in schedule. I wouldn't stay here again.

Basic facilities. No extras, such as tissues. Everything worked and was clean. Location was close to several decent restaurants and a couple of stores. Look for the taco truck across the street for some fun munchies. The Italian restaurant was superb. Beds were stiff, a/c smelled so we kept the back window open.
