Agave Inn

The room was so cute. Felt very comfortable. Everything was clean. I slept like a rock because the bed was so comfortable. I felt like everything was perfect when it came to checking in and checking out and everything in between. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the bathroom was a little small, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Agave is a sweet, very clean simple stay. The staff are helpful and responsive. Understand that parking may be next door as the lot is small. I enjoy staying here when visiting family in SB. I have been back more than several times.

Small but very efficient and comfortable. An excellent example of a renovation. Convenient to downtown by bus and to shopping down the street. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service. Good location walking distance to bars/restaurants Rooms/beds are small. Parking lot noise right outside of 1st floor rooms.

Plenty of space in this kitchen unit. Pretty good location if you need access to hwy 101 but still reasonably close to the action on State Street Small bathroom. No closet just a small hanging rack.

I would absolutely stay here again! Adorable room, comfortable bed, easy check-in, lovely breakfast spot within walking distance The *only* reason I am giving this 9 instead of 10 is because there is not quite enough parking for the number of guests. They have an overflow parking arrangement with the business next door, but if you have to park there because there are no parking places available in the hotel lot, your car has to be moved by 8:00 a.m.. So two out of the 3 days that I stayed at the hotel, I had to get up much earlier than planned to move my car, and on one of those days there was nowhere to move the car to because no one else had left the hotel yet. This was mostly a minor inconvenience for us, but it is something I think other guests might want to be aware of If the free parking is one of the biggest perks for them.
