This was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Santa Barbara. It's not fancy but it's well renovated, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was in a convenient location. Breakfast was adequate, though would have been nicer if there were some form of protein like eggs available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly & helpful.
-
Very nice front desk, they have hot tub and pool available until 10pm, easy access to the rooms. Breakfast included, very affordable. We got an upgraded room with the same price.
-
The rooms were very large and clean. Front desk was so kind and helpful. I would defiantly stay there again.
-
Reasonably priced hotel with no frills, clean room. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient with nearby bus routes to take you to the beach, downtown, etc. Plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing in the evening.

A decent place to stay for the price. The property is clean and has both a microwave and fridge in the rooms. Rooms are decently spacious with a table as well as a desk and an easy chair. The bed was pretty comfortable as well. My only complaint is that parking fills up every night and I had to park in overflow parking a couple of times. They instruct you to park at US Bank a short walk away, and tell you to move your car by about 9 am. I didn’t love having to do this.

Breakfast was terrible, but there is a Dennys close by.

The room was nice. The walls were thin and we could hear everything around. We had a family room and my kids could hear someone throwing up upstairs. The Hotel was busy with people being loud outside. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The Hotel is situated on a busy street. We usually stay at the Wyndham and would prefer to stay there for the extra money.

great stay!

I booked a room with two queen beds. It was spacious, comfortable, with a sizable bathroom. Climate control is effective. It's a bit tricky to 'turn into' the property, to park, given the design of the entry driveway. The front desk staff, upon arrival, were helpful and friendly. Subsequent staff, afterwards, not so much. Housekeepers excellent and friendly. The breakfast offering, from 6-10 was good. Bagels, croissants, toast, cereals/oatmeal, yogurt, coffee and juice. The parking filled up to the limit, by about 10PM, though only one parking pass is allocated per guest. There is parking overflow, perhaps a half block away, in a public parking area.

Good stay

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean. The breakfast was just cereal, bread, and a few pastries. No scrambled eggs or fruit. Very basic, nothing as mentioned on the website.

This place is a little shabby, but clean, inexpensive, and well-managed. The continental breakfast was above average, though why people put out deep green bananas is beyond me. There were a lot of trucks from a contractor in the parking lot leaving parking spaces next to them too narrow. The pool and spa were nice.

Clean and staff was available even our flight was extremely late
