Beds are comfortable spacious room. Pool was temp controlled which was a huge plus. Good selection of toiletries. Staff was kind and helpful. The room has a nice balcony area facing the pool. Our room was not ready at check in time. We checked in around 6:30 and they were still cleaning it in a rush. We were told it would be ready by the time we arrived to our room during check in and it was not. We had some ants in our bathroom. The hanger hook fixtures on the door fell off. I think it’s a little over priced.

Room was upgraded and clean, but there was a lip at the door and apparently it's easily accessible by bugs. I killed 2 mosquitoes, a cricket, and a spider over the 2 nights I was there. The walls are thin. I could hear the bathroom from the neighbors and the kids running around upstairs. The pool closes a little early in my opinion. Breakfast was subpar. Both mornings I was there an hour before it ended and the yogurt machine was broken, no waffle batter, and no pastries left. The juice came out as water. The AC worked, and that was amazing. Bed was comfortable enough.

The rooms are on the smaller side but can tell it was recently renovated. The air conditioning unit is REALLY loud and had a musty smell. Our entire family did not sleep at all. There are also metal gates next to rooms that slam and make a loud noise every time it is shut. Very disturbing past ten and before 8. The property does have two pools and jacuzzi, which made up for the issues with the room. They also serve a continental and hot breakfast, which we all enjoyed. Overall, if it weren’t for the noisy air conditioning unit and check in mix up, it could have been a great stay.

The room was nice and comfortable. The property was well maintained. Good luck getting house keeping to help you.

This was a very last minute booking for us. Happy with the room size, the breakfast and the pool! Nice family friendly stay.

Breakfast was fresh. Parking was safe and plenty

Beautiful hotel close to downtown Santa Barbara. There is a huge Macys and Target across the street. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned every other day unless requested. Nice spread for breakfast. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is a dog area on the premises too.

It’s an up-fitted motel charging premium hotel prices, and they haven’t even sprung the cash to change the existing doors for new ones. What that means is they are undercut by 2” because there used to be carpet. You can hear and if you want to, SEE your neighbors in the adjoining room…yea we heard everything. Had to throw towels down and out luggage there to maintain some privacy for us and them. Toiletries were not filled. The included breakfast is junk, I’ve had better at truck stop motels. Absolutely not worth the outrageous cost to stay here.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, and the parking was very convenient. The location is absolutely central, which makes it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. Overall, a very convenient place to stay.

My family and I stayed for one night. The location is across the street from a shopping center. The hotel offered a free ev charging station which was great and helpful. I wish I had taken more pictures of this hotel, our room was comfortable on the second floor and it had a balcony and a refrigerator, they offered a free breakfast (we didn’t have it, we needed to get on the road). The pool looked nice. If we’re in the area again I would stay here with my family.

There was free parking and breakfast that were okay. What I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be, you hear everything that goes on next door and outside, the AC was also blowing at our heads and it was really loud.

However, the management and maintenance seemed to be poor. We first realized the free WIFI was not working. The only front desk staff there told us the manager didn’t respond to his call. This was a Saturday night in mid July. A hotel that charged $500 per night shouldn’t have only one staff with the manager unresponsive. Though it was only a WIFI problem, my reception was pretty bad. We resolved the issue by using my fiancé’s hotspot. If he had the same network as me, we would all have no internet access for the entire night. Also, it was a pretty occupied night, someone more than just the front desk person should be around. Second, we asked for more pillows for our 4 people room, which only had 4 pillows. The staff could only provide one extra pillow because of low supply. This was not the service we expected for an expensive hotel stay.

Thank you!

First I want to start saying for the last minute booking the pictures are totally different from the place. The beds are horrible and the pillows need help. The property has free breakfast and I can tell you it is ewwww the property can do better. Also the room we were at was next to the outside of the pool. Omg I thought I was at a playground with tons of kids. Which is not their fault. But it was loud and they kept playing kickball and the ball kept on going in through the slide door. Even if you wanted to take a nap it was so loud. I paid so much money thinking it would be ok. But I was wrong. I’m never staying there again….ill be sure to skip that hotel.

This was mine and my husband’s first time staying at FOUND hotels here in Santa Barbara, and we had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, well-kept, had a nice view out looking the tropical courtyard, had non-carpet flooring, and the staff was friendly. FOUND hotel is located on State St: the Main Street that takes you directly to Downtown Santa Barbara. There are rental electric bikes located very close to the hotel, and the city bus takes you directly to Downtown. An affordable means of getting around if you don’t have a car. The pool and jacuzzi were well-cleaned, and the complimentary breakfast was so delicious! We plan to stay he again!

Nice and very clean. The pool was great but a bit cold to swim in
-
This hotel was very nice and well worth the price! The room was just as described, clean, and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were very clean, it was very popular among guests. Breakfast was good however they didn’t have many options just eggs, bacon, waffles, toasted bread, blueberry muffins, and juice/coffee. The walls are also on the thin side so you can hear when someone is outside talking or coming in/out. Other than that we loved our stay and would recommend!
-
The overall location, amenities, food and staff were all great!

Suggestion: I love it is dog friendly but guests should keep their dogs in the leash. There was a guest with two big dogs off leash. They pooped in the grass and guest only picked up because he was told to.
