    This hotel was very nice and well worth the price! The room was just as described, clean, and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were very clean, it was very popular among guests. Breakfast was good however they didn’t have many options just eggs, bacon, waffles, toasted bread, blueberry muffins, and juice/coffee. The walls are also on the thin side so you can hear when someone is outside talking or coming in/out. Other than that we loved our stay and would recommend!

    Suggestion: I love it is dog friendly but guests should keep their dogs in the leash. There was a guest with two big dogs off leash. They pooped in the grass and guest only picked up because he was told to.

    It is facing a very busy road, so be prepared for noise. Also the noise cancellation is terrible, I could hear ppl next down doing everything. Would not recommend!

    I booked two rooms ( with 2 queen beds) under my Thursday night reservation. When I checked in, the front desk person assigned me my two rooms. He also aligned the two rooms for my 2nd reservation ( Fri & Sat night) with the same 2 rooms so I didn’t have to switch rooms. Gustavo was super helpful I told him that my guest for the 2nd room would be coming later and provided my guests name. I also told him that I would take care of the bill for both rooms and to just provide the keys to my guest at check in. This is when things fell apart. At 1:30 am when my guest was trying to check in, the new front desk person wouldn’t let my guest check in. My guest had to call me and told me the front desk person needed me to call the lobby. The front desk person asked if he could provide the room key to my guest. I said “ yes”. Then my guest walked into my room. I then needed to go to the lobby to straighten things out. The front desk person did find the 2nd room under my reservation and issued him a key. On Friday morning, when I was checking out of the 1st reservation ( Thursday night) and checking into the 2 reservation ( Fri/Sat) the same late night front desk person said my guest would need to switch rooms. What? My guest was assigned a room with a king bed and the 2nd reservation was for 2 queen beds. Gustavo walks in for his morning shift and was confused how the 2 room got switched to a king room. My guests had to switch rooms.

    The air conditioner was very loud and the bath tub didn't work so I could take a bath you pull the handle up but the water would run out and I saw a roach inside the bathroom

    Location was decent for us in proximity to our family. The property had a recent “facelift” which looks nice at first, but upon closer observation, not great quality. You can hear everything from everyone’s room, girls coming in after midnight drunk, laughing, giggling being loud and obnoxious is annoying, or the couple fighting and someone stomping around above us. The air conditioner was loud, but you had to run it. Otherwise it was stuffy in the room. The mattress was so uncomfortable, worst sleep I’ve had in years! The only reason I would stay here again is because it was close to our family and somewhat reasonably priced (compared to most hotels in SB).

    My husband and I liked everything about this hotel. The room was large and inviting. The bed was amazing! So comfortable. We had a balcony facing the pool and that was nice having a table and chairs. The breakfast was very good. Each day it was something different. We stayed 3 nights.
