Tru By Hilton Goodyear Phoenix West, AZ

Exceptional

Very clean and the staff was also very friendly. I had to check my oil in my car just because it’s an older vehicle and we were from out of town. I had to make sure my trip back home was going to go smoothly. They asked if I needed anything and if everything was ok. That was greatly appreciated!

No

Desk manager and staff very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast and snacks availability was a nice option.

Friendly staff, easy check in, games and pool table on site. Great stay

We asked if the rooms were automatically cleaned or if we needed to request. We were told that there was no need to request, but they took our room number to confirm nonetheless. We were gone for most of the day and when we returned, the room had not been cleaned. We received an apology and nothing more. We will not stay at a Tru Hilton again.

Excellent stay, clean, friendly

The lobby and outside patio were dirty and for breakfast they served watery eggs and toast. The room was decent and staff were friendly. Location was great but I don't think we'll be staying there again

Location Lumpy old pillows, very bad beds, also lumpy, rooms very bare, for the price others insane range are much better

Ac was loud.

Me encantó

Breakfast exelente everything nice.

Great clean room and friendly staff

We will definitely stay here again. Facility and room were clean and staff was friendly. Location is great with a lot of restaurants and gas stations nearby.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and inviting and the staff got me checked-in quickly. The A/C in the room was heavenly given my was over 101° when I was there. The complimentary breakfast was good and met my needs. There are several good spots to eat for lunch and dinner, too. Bottom line, I recommend this spot if you're in Goodyear, AZ.

Exceptional

Our room was clean and well maintained. Enough space for the 3 of us, a walk-in shower/no tub, no carpet on the floors, and a mini fridge. The things that were odd to us were that there was no dresser or drawers, just a long bench. Our luggage didn't fit on the bench, so we had to unpack it and lay our clothes on the bench. Also, there was no closet, just 5 hooks on the wall, no hangers. Breakfast in the morning was good. Eggs or an omelette were available each morning with chicken sausage or bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast/bagel, coffee, limited fruit, and freshly made individual pancakes with lots of toppings available. Perfect breakfast, except they ran out of milk on the second day and our son had to eat his cereal dry. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel has everything we need for a short 2-night stay. If our trip was longer, the storage in the room would have been an issue.

Perfect location close to Buc-ees There’s nothing I didn’t like
