Red Lion Inn & Suites Goodyear Phoenix

The property was very clean. Clean pool and breakfast area too! The breakfast had a large variety even though it was continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Clean, friendly, good value. Only things I didn’t like, was the way the doors slammed super hard if you weren’t careful. And my noisy pot smoking family in the connector door room. (Next door)

I got there at 4:05pm to check in but no one was at the front desk. Odd since check in is at 4pm. The room’s sink had a slow drain. The doors slam shut so we were woken up several times.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel! Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Absolutely magical large jet bathtub. Location was also awesome as there is a large amount of shopping across the street. I Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed 2 days and both days got wakened up by fire alarms at 6am and fire personnel…when we called to see if we needed to leave we told that they don’t know smh the room it’s self was good size and staff was overall nice but shower was dirty and rooms are little dated. I think besides the fire alarms waking us up it was an okay hotel near Buc-ee’s …I hope they get it together and other guests don’t have to wake up at 6am with fire alarms screaming and going off.

Terrible beds

Loved the Friendliness & Helpfulness of the Staff which made me feel very comfortable. This is the second time staying at this facility. Breakfast was awesome. We ended up making last minute reservations and was pleasantly accommodated.

Thank you so much for making our experience one of the best we have encountered. Only that we got a room that didn't have much of a view but we did arrive a little bit later in the day and those rooms were taken so that it's something minor.

The price was well with in my budget

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Very friendly check-in and breakfast staff. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and spacious, but very dated and run down. Everything feels old and used. The hotel is supposedly going to be renovated the summer of 2026, so hopefully that will greatly improve. Staff was nice and helpful. The opportunity to do laundry was great, but it was unsurprisingly busy. Water pressure was really good. Breakfast was slightly better than average given how many hot food options there were. Overall, an average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Don't expect this place to be a "deal" given the budget price with excellent reviews.
