Facility was clean, staff friendly, accommodating, surprised they only had 1 ice machine for the whole facility. Overall good for the price..

The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. The rooms are updated and the plank floors is much better when traveling with pets. The grounds were safe and clean. The pool area was very well maintained and inviting.

The room was okay , but the restroom was dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned at all

The housekeeping staff only seemed to make the bed, replace the towels, and empty the trash. The floors were filthy, with black dust and debris still on them throughout my stay. You can tell the rooms are older—the furniture is worn, and the TV is very small—but that didn't bother me nearly as much as the lack of actual cleaning. One day I knew housekeeping had come because there were fresh towels and the trash had been taken out, but the bed looked like the covers had simply been thrown back on. It was lumpy, uneven, and hanging off the sides. When a room is already older and showing wear, cleanliness becomes even more important. Unfortunately, the lack of cleaning made every flaw stand out. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains the housekeeping staff, because I'm not sure they're aware of how poor the cleaning is if guests aren't speaking up. On a positive note, the front desk staff was wonderful. The woman who checked me in was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness issues, I would not stay here again. Had I known the rooms would be in this condition, I would have chosen the hotel just a couple of minutes away instead.

I would recommended ppl to stay there..along with their pet..such friendly staff. I had stay there because my a/c in my house was damaged.

Water pressure was horrible, bar was closed, lawn people making a lot of noise at 7:00am

The room was dirty, no one was answering the front desk to move me rooms I found a bug in the bed. I have video I left in less than an hour.

Even though it was an older motel it was clean and the air conditioner worked great in the room we were in. The bed was comfy too They let us check in a half hour earlier and we were so thankful after doing a red eye the night before

The whole experience was awesome and it felt cozy and like a home! The staff were always super nice and always willing to help

The facility is nice and clean, but definitely not cool. It was over 110 degrees outside and the room was over 100 inside. After running the AC inside all night it was down to 80 degrees inside. I think this was due to a gap under the door.

It was quiet no drama I was able to go out for a walk have breakfast near by. Nice staff. Breakfast needs more options. Upgrade TVs
