Best Western Phoenix Goodyear Inn

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served hot every morning and the rooms were clean. The area was quiet and safe. We would stay there again.

clean To HOT ! The air conditioner is in a wrong location. we had to go buy a fan to help keep us cool, and the tub is to slippery someone can fall and get hurt or die.

The room was clean and convenient traveling with pets but the dog area was not clean and there was a large broken tree branch covering most of the area. The parking was right in front of the room and the staff was friendly.

Overall a great stay. Staff was helpful breakfast was perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing overtly bad, it's just there's no real services like water ice drinks the pool was a foggy green color and you can tell the place hasn't been re modeled in 20 years The services access to water ice machines drinks food the place is kinda run down

Everything was well except the A/C. I live in Cali and coming to this heat, I expected cool a/c. Since I walked into the building, it was HOT, the room was HOT.

Everything staff was really nice breakfast was good the young lady kept bringing food and the young lady in the front desk was the sweetest person ive ever seen in any hotel's I just didn't like that how some workers kept blowing to cleaned kept doing it over and over on our door and all leaves and dirt went inside our room.

Power went out in the property was very hot in the room we were unable to get ready in the morning. Toilet was not working unless we flush it along with a big cup of water. The floors still had cherry stems flower pedals and leafs from previous guests. Head board had food caked on and handprints all over. Coffee pot was very dirty as well so we also didn't use the coffee. Card key was not working, after multiple attempts it would finally let us in after trying both cards. Luckily I had Clorox wipes to clean the areas. The pool was nice and warm. Hall way had a smell to it which made us nervous to eat there so we did not attempt.

Hallway to room is located in the back with an unsecured door. People living in their cars in the back. Pool does not look like the pictures.

I stayed for the holiday 4th of July weekend the pool was dirty and green was very disappointed

The air conditioner wasn't working well. I set it to the lowest level possible. The only place it felt fresh was if I stood directly above the unit. I had a horrible night! I couldn't sleep. I sweated all night long. ?? I went to get breakfast at about 8:35 but almost everything was gone. No one replenished items. There were no plates. I was disappointed.
