Clean but sheets are old. I think they need to be replaced. Great location.

Clean room clean areas outside and very nice people. Pool is good.

Nice clean room. The lady that checked us was vibrant and cheerful. The only issue was the WIFI won’t connect in the room so I to sit in the front lobby to get a connection for what I needed to do.

Clean rooms & grounds, staff was friendly, Food was also good.

The hotel offers great amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and an onsite restaurant and bar. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and consistently clean. That said, the property is starting to show its age. There are some noticeable signs of wear, like gaps and cracks where the floors meet the walls, along with countertops that have seen better days. When we arrived, our air conditioner wasn't working, and it sounded like several other guests on our floor were experiencing the same issue. The staff has always been friendly and does everything they reasonably can to be helpful, which we really appreciate. Our impression is that the employees care, but the property could benefit from more investment and attention from ownership. Overall, we still enjoy staying here and will likely return. It's a solid place in a great location, and we'd love to see some updates made before our next visit.

This is the second time I stayed there. It’s closed to a lot of trails so I stay there when I do long hikes in White Mountains. It’s a very cute venue and the restaurant is great, had very nice steaks for dinner. The hot tub and pool are so nice after a long day of hike! Will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Rooms were great size, dining room had great food/drinks, the arcade and pool were great entertainment for our daughter. Chance at the restaurant was the best with great service !! We will definitely be back
