Property was good building under construction though

They need to turn on the air conditioning in the hallways.

My check in was terrible. Took approx 30 minutes because the clerk checked someone’s into our room. Even though the name was completely different- Not similar at all to justify the mix up. This was a late check in and my card had already been charged. After him going back and forth and room to room to find an empty one we at least had a place to stay. 2 queen instead of one king but we had worked all day and were tired so it was fine. I do appreciate that the clerk did get us into a room but this was really aggravating at 11 pm when I really wanted a shower and sleep. Also the milk at breakfast was spoiled. I will not stay here again. My advice is spend the extra 50 bucks and stay at the holiday in express.

Front desk staff very friendly. Hotel under remodel and just dirty. Inside elevator they had left dirty handprints all over the elevator buttons this should have been cleaned up by the contractors at the end of the day and wasn’t.in the room the carpet by the ac was all wet so we asked to change rooms. They were very helpful and moved us to another room. This room the carpet was all wet too. Began to be concerned about mold if this has been happening. The ac in the second room didn’t work well so had to get up several times in the night to keep turning it to high, not long after would go to low and barely cool. The rooms were clean. Overall I didn’t think it was worth $120 a night especially during construction with dirt and banging early morning hours. Staff was wonderful.

They seemed a little bit shortstaffed, but overall it was OK for one night.

Breakfast wasn't that great. They ran out of waffle batter and acted like it was a big ordeal to make more, so I just skipped it.

Good

Building is well used and construction materials and tool in various locations for possible remodel and upgrades. Lighting in the room was lacking due to bulbs needing replaced. Coffee appliance contained sheet rock dust and unusable. After the construction is completed im sure it will be a positive fit the facility.

Nicely update. Clean, elevator is clean. Efficient staff at the desk.

When I arrived, the carpet in my hotel room was moist/wet so I had to wear flip flops the entire time I was in my room. The shower had a lot of rust, the faucets were difficult to operate, and the water did not drain properly. Also room service was not provided like other BWs. I had to leave my trash bag and used towels outside my room if I wanted them replaced, which did not happen during my stay. The walls were very thin too, so I could hear other guests’ phone calls, conversations and alarms daily. Lastly, there was no reliable phone service in the area. This was very concerning since I was unable to text or make phone calls without having to sign onto the BW’s WiFi, which is not secure. I will not stay here again.

The room was great . The staff very cooperative. We had. A room close to the door and a good parking space. Quiet. We didnt get to eat but day and the selection was good. Thanks Elizabeth

The tub was all rust from the faucet..
