It was dirty I took my shoes off to walk to the bathroom by the time I walked back to the bed the bottom of my feet was covered and dirt the sheets on the bed was not cleaned and the door was hard to open

Clean room

To request a downstairs room due to my wife's handicapped ability. No answer after trying severalbtimes. Left voice messages with no call back. When I talked to the office I told him they never answer the phone. He looked at me and said thats true. Very odd reply. Middle of summer pool closed. Restaurant closed. They did have good prices and seems to be a favorite of truckers and contractors.

Lots of bedbugs and got bitten like 20 times. Did not get no sleep cause of that.

I had to change rooms because the one I booked smelled like smoke. And checked out after 30 minutes because I was too sketched out. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets and pillows had stains all over them. The door had been kicked in at one time and was just stapled back up instead being properly fixed. And I was only able to gat a partial refund from the hotels app.

Great experience. Rooms were great with big refrigerator. Rooms that have three beds.

The pool wasn’t open, there was no night stuff so we missed out on our first night because we got into town late.

The pictures are very deceiving. Property is not good at all.

The lady at the front desk was nice When we got there our room hasn't ready so we waited and when we finally got our room the floor was soaking yet smelled like wet dog hmmmm didnt want to touch anything got the feeling of anything illegal that could happen was happening. So we checked out faster than we checked in

The staff was nice and understanding when we walked in and had many issues with our room. He refunded our money without questions. The linens were dirty or looked stained. Flies in the room with other bugs crawling around. Floors were sticky. The room smelled terrible and a puddle of water or something was leaking from under the baseboard into our room.

When I booked this room it had a rating of 7/10. I don’t know who could stay at this motel and give it that high of a rating. I would rate it a 0/10. This is the trashiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, bathroom was filthy and smelled terrible. The towels were filthy. This place is a combination of slumlord long term rentals and short term motel rooms. If this was the only place to stay in Graham I would choose to sleep in my truck. The pictures are not an actual representation of the actual condition of the property. DO NOT STAY HERE

While loading the car at 10:30, our key card was disabled. Pros:The room was quiet, no outside noise. The tv was pretty big with a lot of streaming options. The shower water was good pressure and stayed hot. Slept great in the bed! Close to stores and the square. Was the only place <$300 a night.Pool closed

Friendly staff. Romm had everything I needed - fridge and microwave came in handy.

Everything was good except when it came to the TV Satellite. didn't have a clue on how to find a channel so I called the front desk and the gentleman was at my door in a jiffy. He came in and fiddled with the remotes and got the TV working in no time at all. He even showed me the buttons to push if any issues were to arise. Happy to say No issues and the stay wa great. We will return when in the Brownwood, Tx area. Thank You Sir for your hospitality.

Staff was friendly & welcoming. Will stay again if we're back in this area. Big rooms with walk in showers. All was good.
