My boys and I did go to the Fitness Center. I wish they had more than one treadmill, but overall it was an okay fitness center for a hotel. This one had free weights so I can’t complain. The next morning we were getting ready to leave for the Grand Canyon when we got a knock at the door. My husband answered it and housekeeping said that the room was vacant. That should have been a red light for us to go check before leaving to the Grand Canyon, but we left without checking. We got back around 8:30pm that night and tried to get into our room with both keys. None of them worked. We had to go to the front desk and see what was going on. I have no idea how it happened but the computer had us in room 22 something or other. I was like if my stuff is missing we’re gonna have problems. Luckily, they were able to reprogram our keys for the original room the Mobil check in counter gave my husband when he first checked in. Thankfully our stuff was still in our room. Overall we like the hotel, but we will never use their mobile /online check in services again.

The resort itself is very nice. We were placed in an “add on room” which looked nothing like their website. It was super small and the TV was hung on the wall to the left of the bed. My husband and I could not pass by each other at the end of the bed, not enough room. Staff asked me twice about how I liked my room and both times I expressed my unhappiness. They offered nothing.

Our room was nice. Everything was ready. We did arrive around check-in time which apparently everyone showed up at the same time. Unfortunately the internet was done but that's not a big deal. We had a place to sleep, a great breakfast, some delicious smores, and many outdoor activities. The game room was out of service but we enjoyed everything outside to do like swim, bag toss, & enjoy the 4th of July community parade thru town & the drone show.

Front desk staff very helpful. The room was a premium room but carpet was dirty, no housekeeping service. The walk in shower gets wet outside and the floor was dirty. The ice machine didn’t have ice most of my stay. The doors to the building didn’t close all the way so anyone could go in. Overall it’s a good hotel just needs a little fixing. The hotel is in a convenience location right outside the Grand Canyon park with food options.

It's a clean and modern hotel, staff are friendly too. Only thing is TV in our room didn't work well.

The amneties were outstanding.Unfortunately had less than 24 hrs there.but gorgeous resort.Never had such a massive room We chose a one bedroom suite

S’mores daily, movies at the pool, multiple pools, convenient location for tram! Great experience for our trip to the Grand Canyon!

Room was clean. I forgot to mention that the outlets need to be cha ged out as they r a safety hazard. They dont hold plug-in appliances etc. Hair dryer curling iron, etc

We had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful, and the property was ideally located with plenty to do onsite.

It was fine. Just stayed one night before going to GC. Pl lo nice, gym dirty and minimal -no wipes to clean equ, carpet in room dirty, not very friendly, we arrived an hour early and there is an early check I. Fee so we went to dinner at the steak house then checked in.

Everything was great at this facility . My kids enjoyed it . It is safe, clean, quiet and very family oriented. Kids and myself enjoyed everything

Picture we're a bit deceiving. The property has been updated but still has a very old feel. (Like outlets in bathroom are original.. my hair dryer plug kept slipping out). Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Appreciated the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs and kids loved arcade and nightly smores. Restaurants are boring with extremely simple menus.. but there are no better options in town.
