    I got there with my kids.. first thing we experienced was a nasty smell in hallways because of the rain.. The hotel was so old, outdated in everything possible. The elevator door was falling apart every time we were taking it to the 3rd floor. The spa/jacuzzi was 65° cold. The maintenance guy shouldn’t work there as his service was terrible. He even told us to use the indoor jacuzzi which was full of sand.. after visiting Grand Canyon and walking 10k steps, jacuzzi was very much needed, but unfortunately no one did anything about it. I even called the front desk to notify, but again, no effort was made to fix the situation. I even called Expedia to find out my penalty for canceling my room.. they weren’t helpful either.. Long story short, I wouldn’t recommend at all..

    It was good except for the fact that the Wifi was spotty at best. The water filters needed to be changed. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

    I traveled with my dog. This was the first hotel I felt he was really welcome. They have us a water bowl and dog treats. And even a sign for your door indicating if your dog was in the room or not. Great staff. Great experience. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely loved it here! The gentleman at front desk and the lady who helped with teaching you about what there is to see in the area were both fantastic! I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. It was clean and nice. The location was also great. I would have stayed longer had there not been a power outage in the area.

    Clean, no fan in bathroom, two sinks. Great location, next to only restaurant that opens until 10pm. Perfect after Grnad Canyon tour. Also a breakfast place right next to it too.
